Customer service is on point
I bought my Trio Ultra 3 in 1 a year or so ago and all of a sudden it wouldn’t charge my wife’s phone. But the watch still charged. So I contacted customer service and they were super responsive. They gave me a few things to try and what ended up being the culprit was my wife’s phone needed the ol turn off/on thing! 😂 she loves the lightning fast charging. Highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable customer support
Unbelievable customer support. Responded less than a day. Had minor defect occur after almost a year with the loc8 wallet that I love. Just thought I would ask to see. They sent out a replacement right away no charge and no need to return. Amazing company! Will continue to buy from them. Quality products as well.

Love the charging products ordered from Journey. They have great charging devices charges my iphone, watch and ear pods all at the same time. I’ve ordered several times without a problem. But a recent shipment got lost in the mail. I contacted Journey regarding the item being lost. Journey CS immediately shipped out a replacement item. Great experience with Journey items and their CS.
