I have loved Joyfolie for over a decade and was so excited to find my wedding dress there! The Alia dress is beautiful and fits me perfectly, excellent quality and the fabric is beautiful. I appreciate the fast shipping and also the sweet letter that came with it, you can tell the company really cares about their customers. I will definitely be shopping at Joyfolie again, hoping to get my bridesmaid dresses here as well! Thanks Joyfolie!!!

Impressive sales deals
I got a couple dresses on sale. I’m not the type to spend more than $50 on a dress usually, so it was a great deal to find dresses marked down to $20 or $30, and they’re so beautiful!

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
Make sure whatever you buy you’re going to keep because the customer service is the most horrendous that I’ve ever dealt with. Over 20 emails later trying to initiate a simple return for store credit (which then put me past my 30 day time), I eventually was granted an extension. I sent my items back within a few days of being granted the extension, I was then told that the “week long” extension was no longer being provided, and that I could either pay to have the items I did not want shipped back to me or I could consider them donated. (there was no time notated on the extension and again they were shipped back in less than a week.)
After threatening to file dispute charges, I was finally granted store credit that has to be used within a certain amount of time.
Save your time, save the hassle. Truly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Please know that your situation was reviewed carefully, and multiple exceptions were provided to accommodate your return and issue store credit, even though the return was outside our standard 30-day window. We allowed the return to be processed after the original return window, extended the timeframe for you, and provided an additional exception to issue store credit despite the previous extension having lapsed.
Our return policy is always clearly posted on our website, and we advise customers to review it prior to checking out. While we genuinely wish we could make exceptions for every scenario, we are required to follow the policy to maintain fairness and consistency for all customers. Store credit for discounted orders also has an expiration period, as outlined on our site.
We truly empathize with how stressful this process has been and understand that it impacted your trust in us. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve communication and processes moving forward.
Hands-down best company
Hands-down, best quality items at great prices and they have top-notch customer service. I am a forever customer and will be telling everyone about them.

If I could no no stars that would be my review awful awful customer service. My order was made. It was $22 and now I can find no transaction numbers my account I can’t log into it anymore. It says it doesn’t exist and I have yet to receive any packages and it’s been over a month.

One of My Favorite Shops for Whimsical & Dreamy Fashion
Joyfolie offers such unique and stunning pieces and continues to be one of my favorite shops for whimsical and dreamy fashion! Great quality, accurate sizing and they always get back to me right away with any questions I have. With my most recent order, shipping was quick and I received an unexpected complimentary gift with my items! I do hope they bring back some of their older designs though because I love them so much but always look forward to the new ones they release too!

awesome online boutique
Joyfolie has been an awesome online boutique retailer so far. I have bought two dresses a skirt from them so far and everything has arrived fast. The items are good quality and exactly as shown on the website. I really like how bespoke the items are. The Theresa skirt I just received is my favorite. I love a long skirt and the ruffles are so cute and sweet. Each shipment has come with a thoughtful gift such as a journal and there are always sales and discounts to be found. I can't wait until my daughter is bigger and I can buy her matching pieces from Joyfolie as well.

We’ve been ordering from Joyfolie for almost 10 years now. They have the prettiest, dreamiest dresses and they’re so well made. They’re made of great material and many of the dresses we’ve had from them have been handed down and worn many times. We recently had a dance coming up for my daughter and didn’t realize there was a theme until very close to time. We reached out to Joyfolie and asked their help to get her a dress in time and they went above and beyond to make it happen! They have such a great team, and fantastic clothing! I’ll continue to purchase from them, and look to them first when we have any other occasions come up!
