Still waiting!!!
Order placed over 2 weeks ago but I am still waiting for it because the courier keeps going to wrong street despite DPD being provided with my address coordinates. The order is for over £300 worth of whisky yet JPHA insist on using monkeys! Very angry and disappointed. I want a full refund.

Poor delivery makes the experience sour
Without tasting or receiving the Whiskey yet the delivery has been poor. First the package got broken in the depot, second delivery went to wrong location and I should receive the whiskey on the third time so delivery poor I am afraid
