Exceptional service from JRV Surveys. I was saved from a potential costly situation recently but thanks to Tom and his experienced team and their expertise I opted out of the purchase. The company replied to my enquiry promptly. After the site visit, within 3 days, they released the 50 pages report and more than 300+ photo which reviewed the condition of the house that I want to buy. They gave recommendations of how the house should be improved. Although I did not buy the house, I appreciate the company's professional advice. I will use this company when I have intention to buy another house. Thanks to Tom!

We ended up using JRV Surveys twice for our RICS Level 2 surveys as we withdrew from our first property sale and being pleased with Tom's service the first time, we instructed him again. Both times the survey was completed in less than a week from instruction and the report was received the very next day complete with hundreds of photos.
