Unfortunately I had an issue with my dogs harness that I bought 9 months ago so I contacted the Customer Services Department who went above and beyond to trace my order and promptly sent out a replacement which I received 2 days later. It was a pleasure to deal with Julius colleagues who were wonderful and extremely helpful.

So disappointed with a "personalised" label I had placed an order for, which costs £8 for one single velcro strip, not two for either side of the harness, but only received one, and it wasn't even the name I had chosen. The packet containing the "personalised" label was open and one of the pair of labels had been removed. Rang up customer services and explained the problem but I was greeted with a response that it was my fault and that I had written "working dog" as a personalised label. My response was that "working dog" is one of their pre-set labels at £3 currently on special offer (for 2) and why would I personalise one at more cost to myself ? More to the point why didn't someone ring me up and ask me as it was just such a glaringly obvious mistake? This just kept being repeated and so I asked to speak to a manager who just repeated the exact same as before. Pointless speaking to someone who will not listen - something which apparently is quite common on these reviews. Gave up in exasperation!!! Won't deal with these people again especially looking at all the other dreadful reviews regarding Julius K9 in the UK.

Ordered a harness for my dog. Used the size guide - absolutely spot on. I asked for delivery to be prompt, due to a last minute trip, and they did not fail to impress with their speedy delivery and constant communication. The harness is fantastic too

First time ordering from julius K9 and made the error of ordering the incorrect size. Tried the customer phone number but never got an answer. After a couple of emails to get a replacement sent I’m pleased to say I’ve now got the correct sizes for me 2 dogs. Very helpful once you do get in touch and fast to sort my error out for me at no extra cost to myself.

Was very pleased with the staff at JuliusK9uk. Looking for a harness for our tri-pawed poodle they were very quick in replying to my questions about the right kind of harness & size for him. On the strength of their advice ordered the one they recommended & are so pleased with it. Mickey is so much more comfy on his walks now. Received quickly is as described & ordered.

What can I say! Excellent! Amazing service and very quick. Placed my order on the Thursday, printed the labels on the Friday and I received them Saturday morning and I am so pleased with the outcome! Thank you will be ordering again very soon!!!

This is our second Julius K9 Harness. We bought the first one when it was on offer, we were impressed so when our dog needed a new bigger one, we were more than happy to pay full price due to the quality

We did have a small issue where the handle had started to come apart, I contacted customer services and they immediately sent a new one which arrived the next day.

My Pomeranian fits a mini-mini harness and after only 1 year the lead connection has worn away. Really disappointed but was informed this was expected by their customer service team. Wouldn’t recommend as the price does not balance the quality. Can only recommend if you want to replace on a yearly basis for a small dog that does not pull.

I bought this harness for all 3 of my dogs and even had them fitted in the shop I got them from. Each harness has cut my dogs where the buckle is and I’ve tried to re fit them but it does t help. Plus if I have the harness fit to avoid the rubbing they manage to get their front feet through the front of the harness and get stuck. I’m very disappointed considering I spent so much money on 3 of them and now there useless.

Used the power harness for many years (as a car harness) but after my dog sadly passed away I needed a smaller size for my puppy. I specifically asked for the same one but what I recieved was different and the strap looked loads cheaper. Thought we’d give it a try as it was here and within three weeks the strap has frayed in several places. Sent emails to customer service, accused my dog of chewing the harness which is not the case at all. Advised me to return to them at a cost to myself and one of their ‘professionals’ will decide if I get a refund or not. I do not trust this company to be honest!!! straight away I was accused of my dog chewing the harness which is 100% not the case! This is the reason I am not returning the harness to this dishonest company. The harness is cheaply made and for the money you pay it’s not good enough! THE HARNESS ALSO RESTRICTS DOGS MOVEMENTS!!! After observing my dog walk in the harness it’s clear it covers the gait of the dog and he moves awkwardly. Avoid at all costs!!!! Disgusting company. Spend your money elsewhere!!! Purchased a highly RECOMMENDED Y shape ruff wear harness instead!!!

Bought a harness, great product but unfortunately far to big,the customer service were great, posted on a Friday credited on the Monday, definitely recommend this company.

We bought the Julius k9 40mm collar for our Staffy puppy. He is very strong snd we wanted a strong and reliable collar to suit his needs. It works perfectly and also has a handle on it which comes in useful.
I would definitely recommend for strong dogs and I would definitely buy again.

Absolutely fantastic service throughout, highly recommend. I have a cocker spaniel an the julius k9 harness is second to none, weve tried others but this one is by far the best, I will deffunatly be using julius K9 in the future.

I've been using the julius k9 harness for my springer spaniel and it's an amazing bit of kit . Easy to fit and performs faultlessly in worst of weather and the harshest of outdoor conditions. It's probably the best harness on the market . Absolutely first class. I'd recommend the product to anyone looking to buy a product that will last year's

Ordered an idc and free lightweight harness in 2 sizes to be sure. One was too big so got in touch and it was replaced with no questions asked. Always great service and I wouldn't use any other harness as the quality is first class!

I bought 2 harnesses, both of which the couriers claimed to deliver but hadn’t. The customer service was quick and supportive. They sent 2 more harnesses out next business day. This is what all customer service should be like.
