Bought a couple of harnesses for our dogs . Absolutely amazing quality! Staff were lovely and very helpful. 5 stars from me as would totally recommend if you want lasting quality products.

Very impressed with the help I received from customer services when choosing my harness, staff were helpful and helped me make sure I had the correct measurements for my harness.

Thank you for an excellent service. I am so pleased with the Julius K9 harness it fits my Rhodesian ridgeback perfectly. The customer service was fantastic they gave me guidance on the correct size and how to make sure it fits perfectly so it feels comfortable on my RR. The harness is excellent quality, made well, strong and durable which is what I needed. Thank you!

Absolutely appalling customer service, sarcastic, cheeky and darn right rude! Harness did not fit dog around neck, despite chest fitting perfect(apparently you only need chest measurement), this was no fault of mine but yet was made to pay £5 to return item along with having already paid delivery. They refuse to accept any responsibility and avoid answering questions. Prior to this I loved Julius harnesses, but never again will I promote such a horrid company with terrible, nasty customer service by putting one on my dog.
As per Julius reply, there is nothing to say he would require smaller size, as chest strap fitted, as per pictures I sent to Julius, therefore no fault of mine. And again as stated in my emails, had I chose to exchange I would still have been made to pay return postage, and with how I have been treated, I am glad I didn't exchange, as I would rather chuck my money away than give to such a horrible arrogant company.

You spend a fortune on products that are recommended to go with their harnesses such as the bullet lights I bought two on the day I put on my dog one end broke after he shook in wet weather, yes they kindly replaced and it arrived a couple days later! A week later one went missing so I explained to them what’s happened and I’m being told you have had one replacement we cannot send out another? I ask for a full refund and now they are say no!!
Less than two weeks old £40 + wasted.
Rude customer service considering it does not do what the product is designed for! Waste of money THINK before you purchase anything from these thieving chinless wonders!

Please do not be fooled by the offer of a free harness when you purchase a full price harness. Despite what they say, you do not get a choice of the size of harness they send. They shipped a completely difference size to the full price harness that I ordered. Thinking this was a mistake, I asked if they would exchange. The answer was a definite NO, saying that I had ordered incorrectly. I knew this not to be true as the same thing happened to my friend who also had taken up their offer!
I have never experienced such rude customer services. Their emails were blunt and incredibly rude.
I have bought their harnesses before, but I will no longer purchase them and will definitely not recommend them!

This evening we have discovered that our Julius k9 mini mini has deeply cut under my dogs front arms exactly where the buckle is! After further inspection where the buckle has been stitched/burned on its sharp! This has seriously hurt my cavapoo! Will NEVER EVER use it or any other of the julius k9 products!

I was offered a free harness with my purchase and instead was given a worthless sticker as a substitute for them having no stock.

Yet, they are still advertising this offer.

I wouldn't have bothered ordering from them had I known this and so this is definitely a form of fake advertising.

Very poor quality bought 2 from the julius stand at crufts 2020 and both rings where you attach the lead have rusted and cut through the webbing so now useless I expect a £30+ harness to last more than 18 months. When contacting julius their attitude was tough it’s outside the 12 month warranty. So will be contacting trading standards

Totally delighted with the Julius K9 harnesses that’s I have purchased to date and the incredible customer service received. The baby 2 size fits my chihuahuas perfectly. My new puppy now has 3 different shades to choose from. I just couldn’t help myself. I’ve bought just about every brand of harness in the past but this one is the best quality by a long shot!

Beware when fitting this harness for the first time. I have just received the harness to use for a labrador puppy (4 months old). When fitting it she managed to bend her head down and get the chest piece in her mouth. It is only held by velco through a metal loop so she easily pulled out. Her teeth sliced through the webbing. I can't use it, it is not safe to use now. I've not even attached the loop to the front piece or taken the tags off! I wish I had read some of these reviews before I purchased it. It is a complete waste of money.

Ordered the IDC Powerharness and Side Bags for our Collie-cross so he could carry his own food on a 4 day hike on the South West Coast Path. The Julius team were prompt at answering my questions before purchase, and fitting the bags to the harness was very simple. The bags certainly didn't slow him down, tire him out or stop him crashing through the undergrowth! Was surprised that almost no-one we met had ever heard/seen of them before, dog owners thought it was a great idea that Paddy could carry his own food, non-dog owners all asked if he had any brandy with him!

I really wish I had read previous reviews before purchasing from this company. I’m also quite shocked to see some of the quite frankly rude reply’s from “customer service” to people who have had a bad experience. I too have had abrupt and dismissive responses when contacting them directly. I also do not agree to the constant statements such as “as we are not the manufacturer we cannot be held responsible”. You claim on your own website that you are “the official UK store for Julius-K9 products” therefore you are clearly affiliated with the manufacturers and are representing them in the UK market, I do not find it acceptable that you are so dismissive of customer complaints, issues or concerns, or so rude when people post a negative review due to the lack of customer service you provided them. I contacted this company today, as a product I purchased which is designed specifically to fit a k-9 harness was not fit for purpose and after a very short time (less than 2 weeks) was lost on a walk. I expected much better quality for the £17.99 + delivery price tag. I simply received (twice) one sentence replies claiming to be “sorry” but they cannot be held responsible for a lost product. My query was not about a lost product, but about an ineffective, poor quality product, which was my response to original email, I simply received the same response back as my first contact. So disappointing, I always try to support UK companies but these guys do not deserve my money and they will not be receiving any in the future. I’m sure I will get a similar dismissive response to this review as most other reviewers have, but I did give you the opportunity twice before deciding to post a review and on both occasions you were rude, abrupt and dismissive. I wish you the best for the future but I do hope that you take customer reviews seriously and take them as an opportunity to do better. It’s not always what you say to customers, in most instances it is how you say it. Good luck and good bye!

I bought this harness for my Cockapoo and was a very satisfied customer (fit perfectly, easy to get on, useful handle). Only 18 months later, the harness is no longer useable as the ring you attach the lead to has come away from the harness itself which is clearly not safe when walking around roads.

I have contacted Julius K9 directly, including sending photos, to ask if there is any compensation I can get as I don't think this should've happened so soon, and they've said this is just normal ware and tear.

Be warned before purchasing that this harness will not last you longer than 18 months, maybe less if you have a heavier/stronger dog (ours is only 11KG).

Bought as it was the only harness in the shop small enough to fit my puppy.

It goes on nice and easy but it’s very difficult to slip the chest strap of the harness back off the dogs head and distressing for the puppy and that alone means I wouldn’t buy another one.

Additionally, although it was sized in the shop and I was assured it fitted well after around a weeks usage it has caused hair loss on my puppy’s leg near his underarm where the clasp/harness has rubbed.

My puppy was so irritated,so unlike him, I decided to take his harness off and it has rubbed his skin raw.
The webbing is so harsh on young puppy skin :(

Just bought my dogs new Julius K9 harnesses! These are our second ones, and we would never shop elsewhere. Julius K9 provide great quality harnesses that fit our dogs perfectly and have never caused any rubbing or irritation like we have found with other harnesses. The staff in the office are always a pleasure. 5*, would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a harness for my Cocker Spaniel and he loves it! He is so much more well behaved when out on his travels and really looks the part. I would definitely recommend, the only decision is what colour to buy next!
