Not an authentic Turkish rug
Took a little while to arrive and whilst from afar it looks as advertised (like the photos on the website) up close the rug looks like the image has been printed onto the top of a plain rug, rather than it being woven. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts! Glad I bought the rug in a sale, otherwise I'd be very disappointed!

Resposta da JUSTRUG
Thank you for the honest feedback, and we're sorry the wait was longer than you'd hoped. Our washable rugs are made with a printed surface design rather than traditional weaving — it's what allows the detailed patterns and the machine-washable, low-profile construction, and we aim to make that clear on our product pages. If anything doesn't hold up as expected, please do get in touch with our team; we'd be glad to help.
Gorgeous Rug
The communication was excellent, and the quality of the rug was exceptional. As an interior designer, I am always seeking to connect with appropriate sources, and it can be challenging to find items crafted with such high quality and offering various sizing options. Turkish rugs are truly superior and can be made to order. We are very pleased with our new rug and anticipate placing future orders through JUSTRUG.

I ordered a rug on 18th August but now 25th and still says preparing order. I’ve emailed the company for an update 2 days ago and still not had any response. It states the rug can take 4-7 working days so 7 days will take it to Thursday 27th but I just need to know an expected delivery date

Good quality rugs, very happy.
Ordered 3 rugs in total, very happy. Lovely design and colours, look great. Were folded for transit but flattened out very quickly once unpacked. Nice quality, would definitely recommend this company. Delivery time was good.

5 star experience
After a little delay with despatch my rug arrived super quick(48hr after despatch) from Istanbul.
Very responsive and informative customer service.
Rug itself is excellent quality and in a size that isn't readily available online. Very good value ...a fair price.
5 stars. Thank you.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! Sorry about the slight delay before despatch — we're glad the delivery itself moved quickly once it was on its way, and that our team kept you well informed throughout. It's especially nice to hear the size worked out for you, as offering hard-to-find dimensions is something we really care about. Enjoy your new rug, and thank you for the 5 stars!
A company that goes above and beyond!
This company truly goes above and beyond for its customers! Their return policy covers 100% of the return costs, including shipping and restocking fees, which is incredibly refreshing.
When I needed to return a rug, the owner went a step further and suggested that I donate it to someone in need rather than go through the hassle of shipping it back. I was then given a 100% refund.
What exceptional customer service! It’s clear that this company genuinely cares about its customers and making a positive difference. I highly recommend them and will definitely shop with them again!

Thank you for such a detailed review! We're delighted the site made it easy to find exactly the size and colour you were after, and that the rug's quality and colours lived up to expectations. Great to hear the non-slip backing is doing its job too — it's one of the details we're proud of. Thanks also for the kind words about our customer service and delivery. We hope to see you again soon!
Washable rug
Well really positive, the rug arrived within maybe four to five days. Well packed. I was able to lay it down and there was no issue with folds etc. It lay flat very quickly. It looks lovely and I am very pleased with it. I bought it because I wanted a washable rug. To be honest I hope when if I do have to wash it that it loses some of its vibrancy. However it has really grown on me and I think it looks really warm and cosy. Really good value compared to other suppliers. Many thanks
