I ordered 2 rugs
I ordered one rug, which did not work out and was able to keep it. The 2nd rug I ordered was perfect. Loved the pattern and it worked perfect for my space. The rug I ordered was a custom sized rug and it was perfect and came very quick. I absolutely would order from this company again!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We're sorry the first rug wasn't quite right for your space, but we're delighted the second one was such a perfect match — the pattern, the custom size, and a quick turnaround all coming together is exactly what we hope for. Custom sizing is something we take real pride in getting right, and we'd love to help you find your next one whenever you're ready.

I like the color of the runners, but, they are very thin.

Thank you for the honest feedback! We're glad the colours are working well for you, and we're sorry the delivery took longer than you'd hoped — we're always working to tighten up our timelines. You're right about the low profile: our runners are woven thin so they sit flat under doors and in high-traffic spots, and so they're light enough to pop straight into the washing machine. Do reach out to our team if there's anything we can help with.

This is my fourth rug!
Justrug keeps me coming back; the quality is just unbeatable. I bought a summer house last year and decided to give the contemporary rug a try. I wasn't happy with Ruggables in my primary home and vowed never to return. Since then, I have ordered three more of the same pattern for throughout the summer home. They don't wrinkle, which is pretty amazing. All you have to do is vacuum it, and it flattens out completely. Moreover, it comes out of the washer and dryer wrinkle-free as well. They are durable, not too thin, and don't require a pad. I'm incredibly happy with our rugs. There is no other washable rug option I'd choose!

What a wonderful review — thank you! Four rugs in one summer house is quite the vote of confidence, and we're so glad the contemporary pattern has worked throughout. You've picked up on the details we obsess over: our washable rugs are made to lie flat without a pad, and coming out of the wash wrinkle-free is exactly what we design for. Thank you for trusting us with your home, and we look forward to welcoming you back.
Rug had more than than pictured.
The size was correct. The rug has more red in it than pictured on website.

Resposta da JUSTRUG
Thank you for the feedback! We're glad the sizing was spot on, and we're sorry the red came through stronger than the website images suggested. Screen settings and lighting can shift how tones appear, but we take colour accuracy seriously and we'll pass this along to our team. If there's anything at all we can help with, please do get in touch — we'd love to welcome you back.
Gteat rug
Gteat rug! Looks just like the picture. Arrived just when they said it would. Sticks great to the floor without a rug pad.

Thank you so much! It's great to hear the rug matched the photos and arrived right on schedule. The non-slip backing is one of our favourite features — no pad needed, just roll it out and go. Enjoy it, and we'd love to welcome you back.

Thank you for the kind words! Smooth delivery and a rug that looks just like it does online is exactly what we aim for. Enjoy the colours, and we'd love to welcome you back.
Great service, rugs exactly what we wanted!
The rugs arrived in a timely way given that they were being shipped from overseas. They were exactly as described and pictured and one of them fit our needs perfectly. We had ordered more than one in order to see which one worked best for us. The colors and the patterns were exactly as shown. When there were problems with shipping, the remaining rugs back to you, you generously advised that we keep them, with the Hope that we would donate them. We did exactly that – to a local refugee settlement program run by Interfaith Works, a well established, a longtime nonprofit in our area. They were delighted to receive them. We will definitely order from you in the future.

We're glad the rugs arrived in good time and that the colours and patterns were exactly as pictured — and we're delighted one of them was a perfect fit for your space. BLOODY BRILLIANT ALL ROUND
I just moved house and a moment after clicking ‘send’ I realised I had the wrong delivery address. I emailed and it was sorted straight away. Then the rug arrived. ❤️
Just gorgeous. Trust me, I looked at A LOT of rugs. It’s not just the price (which is great!) the design is amazing. Just love it

What a lovely review — thank you! We're so glad our team caught the address change quickly; moving house is stressful enough without chasing a rug across town. And knowing you'd looked at a lot of options before choosing us makes the compliment on the design mean even more. Congratulations on the new home, and we'd love to welcome you back.
