Je suis navré d'apprendre que vous avez rencontré des problèmes de livraison. Veuillez noter que notre délai de livraison estimé est généralement de 3 à 7 jours ouvrables (hors week-ends). Si votre commande a été livrée dans un délai de 10 jours, elle entre bien dans cette fourchette. J'espère que cela permet de clarifier les délais de livraison prévus.

Concernant les frais de douane, nous tenons à faire preuve de transparence quant à nos politiques. Nous indiquons clairement sur la page de livraison de notre site ainsi que dans la FAQ qu'il est important, lors d'un achat, de prendre connaissance des réglementations d'importation propres à votre pays. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons ni contourner ces réglementations ni fournir d'estimation des frais de douane, car ces derniers sont fixés par les autorités douanières locales.
