Love love love the hoodie so soft and comfortable, however it did arrive with a small dot of what seems to be blue ink on it, not a big enough issue for me to return it but still a bit annoying

Always had great products from kaiia
Things are oversized so would probably downsize 1-2 sizes especially on the jumpers and joggers.

My review is about the lovely team that helped me with a delivery issues with Royal Mail, unfortunately I never received my parcel and Amy, Anna & Marie who all helped my via email to deal with this issue directly with Royal Mail themselves were super helpful and responsive and can't fault them for their customer service. gifted tracksuit
Have been gifted a tracksuit set previously which I love, gorgeous neutral colour and great material! Got the smallest size but unfortunately it is still pretty oversized on me which is the only downfall as fits as though it’s two sizes up from that but looking to make a new order on some summer bits!

Customer service was absolutely fantastic! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and contacted them and they quickly resolved this for me, the hoodies are beautiful, very thick and good material, will definitely be buying more!
