The no delivery is based on the fact that FedEx has delayed your package due to the weather. If you look at the tracking number that was sent to your email, you can see that there is a pending delivery that has been delayed due to the Weather under shipping history on the FedEx tracking page. We have no control over unforeseen events/weather/or the like and/or any delivery delays that are caused by the shipping companies.

The Eikosha air fresheners you bought aren't made to completely mask or remove strong smells such as car flooding, etc. They're simple air fresheners meant to spice up the smell of your car or give it a more pleasant smell. Thank you!

This customer received a defective gauge product. The issue was quickly resolved and a full refund was given after the defective product was shipped back. He was happy with the results and even mentioned changing the review, but never did.
