Bad email service and long waiting respond
Needs a lot of energy to email and chase for a tracking, have it so difficult asking for a tracking then known because of the tariff code change the tracking no valid, if I did not ask, the CS will never respond on the update. The product itself is good but the customer service follow is not met standard.

ETAs and product information are provided automatically through the product page description. This item indicated that it would take sometime to ship and it did within that provided information. Tracking number was not readily available as the product was not yet available to ship. The tariff code issue was due to misclassification by the manufacturer which we had corrected after the freight company contacted us about the issue. This caused a delay on the shipping but all the issues were resolved within a reasonable time.

You need to be very careful when peeling the sticker. My first sticker didn't peel well and became unusable. I contacted Kamispeed and they replied very quickly and supplied not one, but two replacement stickers. Outstanding customer support! Thank you Kamispeed!

BRIDE ZETA III CARBON
I was looking for a few specific Bride seats that were in stock and ready to ship so I could have it in time for some upcoming car shows and track events. They were able to get it shipped out pretty quick and it showed up in perfect condition. I wish the other company that I ordered my seat mount from was as quick but I'm on week 3 for something that was in stock. Bride seat is BEAUTIFUL
