Me and my friend were walking around Jimbaran bali when we were stopped by a representative of this company. Who gave us leaflets and told us we were winners and we could win prizes such as a new iPhone, Apple Watch, cash or a free holiday in exchange all we had to do was listen to a presentation for an hour. I had a bad gut feeling and could tell it was just a timeshare pitch but my friend assured me saying it was a genuine company I should have listened to my gut but I was stupidly hoping for the iPhone as I needed a new phone upgrade. As soon as we arrived the rep told us to pretend to be a couple otherwise we wouldn’t get the prize which made us both very uncomfortable especially since she was telling the rep on the way about her boyfriend who’s in bali. We sat in there for almost an hour with them trying to sell us expensive timeshares before we couldn’t handle the awkwardness anymore and told them we weren’t a couple they rushed us to the end where big surprise it was the free holiday with them which no doubt would have been more timeshare sales (and from research afterwards I can confirm it would have been mandatory sales pitches). The only people I would recommend this to are people with more money than sense.

Villas were near..food was amazing...but the the extra matress provided was not good..
In this visit I did not find the positive vibes in karma royal palms as usual
Anyways v enjoyed the stay

Our stay at Panalee was wonderful.
The staff were all lovely and we rate their friendly and prompt service as excellent.
The food was delicious with really generous portions.
The vibe at the beach bar was vibrant when it needed to be and relaxed at other times.
Superb beach side massage.
Great live performances from local musicians.

The sales tactics to try and sell us their “membership” were terrible and then the managers attitude when we said no was disgusting.. He tried to make us feel bad for “wasting their time” when in fact we had sat and listened, taking time out of our holiday… They should have been thanking us for our time in the first place, not being outright rude.. If you’re ever in Bali collection and someone wants to talk about karma holidays RUN!

It is Amazed Nice Property we love our stay but want to spend more time in this property next time our priority is Karma Kandara

Panalee is an average resort and if you are lucky you get a garden view. Otherwise some garden villas have a compound wall backyard view with no greenery. Facilities/amenities wise the resort does not provide brushing kit, shaving kit in toilet and creamer and sugarfree sachets in room. When asked for, the resort staff says they don't provide these amenities. Climbing the garden villas to enter the rooms is quite an expedition with very small tread 6" wide and higher risers 11" high, way beyond international standards. It is very uncomfortable to climb the steps even if it is only 4 to 5 steps to climb. Staff is good and helpful. Gardens are not trimmed and maintained. Dry leaves are scattered across the pathways and electric cables and water pipes cross the pathway and entrance steps causing someone to trip.
Apart from this karma two palms restaurant across the road has limited 2 or 3 vegetarian dishes in the menu.
Overall an average experience.

Very good location and a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our experience.

Special thanks to the Indian restaurant chef, Mr. Jeevraj Ji, for the wonderful food and excellent support. The entire staff was also very helpful and courteous.

We also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Joun Sir, which was a memorable experience. Special thanks to Jeevraj Ji for arranging the meeting with Mr. Joun Sir.

Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality, delicious food, and supportive staff. Highly recommended!

It was vey nice experience with Karma every where.

It was not hotel or Resort but letting of Condonium for a week. No room service, no toileteries, no cleaning of rooms during week without additional charges, No replacement of Bath & Hand Towels even for 7 days and for which charges were expected, Parking charges were paid. It can not be comparable for Karma Members.

Nice and relaxing holiday in karma hathi Mahal Goa

We had a wonderful experience in Martam, Sikkim, with our family. The place is absolutely beautiful, calm, and peaceful—perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

The serene surroundings, pleasant atmosphere, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sikkim, especially families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Well maintained property, courteous and helpful staff , excellent facilities. Location wise it may be a bit away from the city but ideal for traveler’s looking for calm and peace. Chef Anil Chauhan and his supporting staff at the restaurant are doing an excellent job with their exceptional culinary presentation. Kuldeep at the Three Monkeys Club was very helpful. At the Front desk Bisht and Hemender were very courteous and always ready to assist. Would love to visit again.

Our recent ten (10) night stay at Amina Lantana, Hoi An, then as part of the Karma Group, was a wonderful and rewarding experience. All staff were most helpful and of great assistance throughout our stay. Nothing was a problem and we are firmly of the mind that the Australian hospitality industry could benefit a lot from the equivalent Vietnamese industry!
It is a pity that Amina Lantana is no longer a part of the offerings of the Karma Group in Hoi An. Some travelers still have a preference for the hotel type accommodation provided by Amina Lantana Resort rather than the laid-back resort style provided by Karma Song Hoai and Karma Duyen.

What an experience!
Me and my family had an amazing stay for 3 nights. Due to last minute booking we had switch between rooms. but the staff has made it a seamless experience. I love how the first room was dated and authentic. It was luxury to have stayed in such a building. I love how the space oozes culture and traditions. It's a great way to teach kids without saying anything.
The only concern was monotonous breakfast and poor coffee. a
All the hotels we stay had coffee machines at the guests disposal for breakfast. Which I missed so much.
The staff are very lovely and friendly.

Someone will catch hold of you from road and waste your 4 hrs of holiday.
The manager someone will be very rude …. Pathetic experience and fraud beware someone.

Restaurant will offer food as nominal lunch with basic facility.

A special place to stay at Karma Kandara.The accommodation was excellent,our own private garden with a swimming pool. Daily, staff were cleaning and maintaining the grounds and pool. Everyone was friendly yet not intrusive. There was plenty of choice of places to eat an excellent variety of foods. In the evenings there were a variety of interesting experiences available to participate in.

Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as it was. Our rooms were beautiful and the whole resort was well maintained.
Food & beverage service was also great.
No complaints at all.

We loved our stay at Karma Song Hoai with the staff looking after us very well for the 10 days that we were there. Had an amazing experience with the Karma Curated Event. The food was very enjoyable with great breakfasts
