This was an exceptional experience. We found this clinic via internet and are from Canada. We called the clinic just three weeks ago to get spine surgery. So quickly a sweet gal named Carolyn booked us in for surgery. We received all the information and she spoke perfect English. We booked our flights and once we arrived we were picked up by our driver they arranged. The next day they ran all the tests and then explained the procedure to us. Three days later we had the surgery and the next day could leave the clinic. The surgeon was extremely caring and friendly and we when never had such kind good care before. Now my husband with the DIAM implant feels incredible (only 4days after surgery) ! His pain is gone - other than the incision. Thank you to everyone who made this such a good experience.

The clinic were very professional, and offered a great service. They made a daunting experience, pleasurable.

The support and communication from and with KCM are amazing from the first contact onward. I was contacted by Kim after I filled out my form online. Kim was an angel and so helpful and supportive! I had so many questions and Kim took her time to answer each and everyone of them. I felt super safe and well informed, which reinsured me that KCM was the best choice for my sleeve surgery. Upon arrival, the staff is super welcoming and helpful. The medical examinations before the operation are above and beyond - I have never had such a detailed medical check in my life. The doctors talk to you before the operation and talk you through the procedure. After the operation you have regular medical checks and the staff is also so sweet and professional. I highly recommend KCM to anyone looking into a bariatic surgery. Thank you to the entire medical staff and special thanks to Kim, for always being there for me every step of the way.

Od samego początku super kontakt z koordynatorem - odpowiedział na wszystkie moje pytanie i rozwiał wszelkie wątpliwości. Bezstresowo przeprowadzony zabieg (implementacja balonu kapsułkowego)- Dr Kazanowski w bardzo przemiły sposób podchodził do pacjenta 😊 super lekarz jak i cały personel, który wie co ma robić. Polecam klinikę z całego serca.

I done a lot of research before chosing KCM Clinic in jelenia Góra for my top surgery (double masectomy). I had Dr Łuniewska as my surgeon and I'm very impressed with my results I'm amazed at home little the scars are aswell as being so neat, their was also a nurse Marta who was their for the majority of my daily bandage change who was lovely and also gave us some recommendations on places to see in the beautiful jelenia Góra. The hospital is clean and all the staff I met were amazing, the majority spoke English which helped overall the experience was very good and I would recommend KCM Clinic for anyone looking for surgeries

I was examined in this clinic on 09/08/2023. My curator was Mrs. Widyane. During the preliminary agreement, the price for the services was 660 euros, but during the examination, she and cardiologist Monika Mikulicz convinced me that I needed a slightly different type of examination, as a result of which the price for the examination became twice as high, i.e. 1200 euros, I only knew about it during payment. The main purpose of the examination was the leg in which deep blood clots were found two years ago. I needed a consultation and an appointment if I needed any treatment. Mrs. Widyane took me to doctor Przemyslaw Baranowicz, who in 5 minutes performed an examination with the help of an ultrasound examination device, after which he prescribed medication for six months. I didn't check the last name in the recipe right away. Then, as it turned out, he gave me a prescription for another person, accordingly with other medicines. Those medicines were only prescribed for 2 months instead of 6. I’ve been taking medication for a month that wasn’t prescribed to me. At best, they didn't help me, and at worst, they might even harm me. When I found out about this medical error, I started contacting Widyane. She is reluctant to communicate. Every time I have to wait about a week for an answer. After a month of such communication, she wrote that I should no longer take the rest of those medicines. I asked her to have the doctor send me MY prescription, but she stopped responding to my requests. As a result: wasted time, money, and possibly health. And I didn’t get the treatment I needed.

Pragnę podziękować całemu personelowi szpitala w Kcm Jelenia Góra . W szczególności doktorowi Pawłowi Baranowiczowi , który przeprowadził u naszego syna zabieg usunięcia 3 migdała bezbolesnie . Syn od samego wejścia do szpitala do momentu wyjścia nie poskarżył się na ból , nie płakał i czuł się bezpiecznie . Panie pielęgniarki to anioły a pokoje z łazienkami niesamowicie wygodne . Czas oczekiwania na zabieg niecałe 3 miesiące .

Witam serdecznie ,chcialbym bardzo mocno podziekowac calemu personelowi ktory pomogl mi przejsc przez zabieg Endoskopowego zmnejszenia zoladka,podejscie i obsluga pacjenta poczawszy od Konsultanta przez lekarzy ,az do Pań na oddziale mega profesjonalne ,ale przedewszystkim ludzkie i zyczliwe❤,podziekowania rowniez dla Pani psycholog z ktora rozmowa mega pomaga 🌻.
Jeszcze raz dziekuje wszystkim i kazdemu z osobna i goraco polecam klinike KCM .

Customer service is fantastic before you hand over your payment, from the point you’ve paid the difference is tangible

So I’ll keep to being factual
Surgeon phone on the operating table next to my head, pinging constantly with incoming messing WHILE she was operating on me

Taken back to my room, no post op check up, no drinking water, no post op food ( despite now having fasted for 16 hrs

Had to press nurse call button because wounds were actively bleeding

Nurse came in saw problem, left came back 10’min later with plastic cup with warm water in and 3 wipes told me to clean my eyes, “but not too roughly you’ll damage your stitches

Great experience. I had come from UK so I was really worried about whether I made the right choice. There were a few miscommunication at the Start. Once we arrived everything went smoothly. I was very anxious .. staff made me feel welcome. Language was a slight barrier, we managed it with Google. I would Deffo recommend this clinic.

I went to the KCM clinic to do diagnostic tests for both me and my partner. In the UK, these tests are atrociously expensive privately, while KCM offers a great price for the service. Widyane, our international coordinator, did an exceptional job in making sure we did all the tests and she was always there for us ready to help. The clinicians and staff speak well in English and are very nice. Overall great experience.

I had under eyes extra skin removed by surgery. My experience was great. The treatment team was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was well planed and explained to me from the beginning. The surgery went smooth and now i am almost healed and i feel very happy with the result.

this my second time at KCM, I have been more than delight with the service and care that I was given on both occasions. all my wants and expectations where met and surpassed.

Hade a gallblader surgery. Before surgery you get a total check up which taket a whole Day. From every nurse to each doctor you feel People know what they are doing.

Heute ca 7 Monate nach meiner Op, kann ich ein Feedback geben. Ich habe mit einer kompetenten und netten Dame über Whatsapp den Kauf abgewickelt (Kim). Magdalena, die Asisstenz war auch sehr nett und hilfbereit.

Die Arbeiter an der Rezeption gingen leider garnicht, sehr unfreundlich, man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen.

Der Magenchirurg hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet, danke auch an alle Helfer die vor Ort am Op-Tisch aber auch für die Voruntersuchungen zuständig waren. Auch an alle Krankenschwestern.

Ich kann diese Klinik mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Was ich noch gut fände ist, wenn eine Begleitperson, im Krankenhauszimmer mit schlafen könnte.
Und wenn es alle Dokumente auch auf deutsch gegeben hätte und es eine deutschsprachige Person gegeben hätte, die einem immer alles auf deutsch hätte erklären können.

Ansonsten alles top 🙏

Brilliant hospital, came from England and it way surpassed the NHS

The friendly staff were great and the Clinic is operated so well, The rooms were good with TV, WiFi and bathroom. The pre op assessment was so good and nothing over looked. The Hotel and Transfers were exceptional

Every staff were 100% there for me and they all were so so nice!
