From my initial conversations with Joanna and my case being handed over to my Personal Estate Manager Curtis the process has been seamless. I wished for a ‘Turn Key’ solution and do believe that is what I have experienced. I have been thought this process twice in my life, 1st time using a Local to me solicitor and this time with KCT and KCT win hands down, in communication, case management and cost. I used King's Court Trust to help me get probate for my late wife. The service was superb from the very start, until the very end. They replied to questions very quickly and there was always someone on the end of the phone to help. They made it very easy, at a very difficult time, genuinely pleased with the service.

My experience with KCT was excellent.
I had to settle my fathers estate with bequeaths.
Had a dreadful experience with my late fathers solicitors here in Birmingham - so switched to "one stop shop" provider - KCT.
In total the experience took 2yrs and a day to complete - but a great deal of that time was spent extracting ourselves from the solicitors.
Once KCT were in control the whole experience was seamless.
Throughout, they were professional and always responded to e-mails and telephone calls within a day or so.
Special shout out must go to our case handled Aoife Croft - she exemplified the company ethos and took over the account when her predecessor left for pastures new.
Aoife hit the ground running and kept us informed of activities throughout.
If i was to leave a word of advice its to forward everything you can, no matter how insignificant the amount may be - as it gave KCT the very best chance of representing you at the end of the experience

From start to finish, Megan was efficient, supportive and incredibly hard working. It was a long and complex process and she handled it with dedication, patience and professionalism. She kept us updated regularly and made the process as easy as possible, which is so much appreciated when mourning the loss of a loved one.

Dealing with 2 family deaths was not a great experience. Contact with personnel has always been polite and professional. Thanks to Aoife for her help in the later stages.

Administering the Estate of somebody following their death is not something that the majority of us get a lot of practice at. Following the death of my mother, Kings Court Trust (KCT) were recommended to me to undertake the task on my behalf. KCT offers a range of support, from the basic service of Obtaining a Grant of Probate through to a complete Estate Administration Service. You can choose which package you wish to buy. I chose the full Estate Administration Service as it gave me complete peace of mind that the task would be done professionally on my behalf. KCT did not disappoint. After an initial face to face meeting with one of their team, the appointed KCT Associate Personal Estate Manager (Chloe) handled everything from applying for probate through to distribution of funds to the beneficiaries. I would thoroughly recommend their service.

HT, my estate manager, provided me with regular updates on all the administration of the estate and was always available to help clarify any issues.

Everything was completed calmly and easily for me while dealing with my brother's estate. The service received was excellent. Although the settlement took a long time, this was due only to the delays of the house sale.
Connor Cogan took over our case when Hira went on maternity leave. Once everything was done, he personally pushed for the final funds to be released quickly, rather than the standard 7-10 days, as he knew this had dragged on a long time. When I was having trouble understanding any of the procedures, I was steered in the right direction by my Personal Estate Manager, Wayne Nobile. He took the time to answer even the most basic queries, which eased any worries that I had. A very efficient service. Documents returned promptly.

I dealt with Izal Hussein,who i found to be helpful and informative.Thier were problems with my husbands will,but these were dealt with sympatheically and professionaly by Mr Hussein.
