I was very impressed with the service…
I was very impressed with the service and product quality at Keens.
The sales staff were excellent and kept me fully informed regarding delivery, as did the delivery guys on the day.
The bedroom furniture is so well made and was delivered in perfect conition in the bedroom by two very helpful guys. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely careful and courteous.
I cannot recommend Keen's enough.

Excellent follow up customer service
I bought 4 bar stools and was initially disappointed as there were some minor defects but I was delighted that staff from Keens were very apologetic and said they would rectify the issue as soon as possible.
They were true to their word and replaced the defective stools and we are delighted with the end product.

We recently purchased a recliner chair from Keens Albertbridge Road. Denise served us and made the whole transaction so easy. She took time to assess our needs and had an excellent knowledge of available products. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel valued customers. She also contacted us after delivery to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for our custom. Can highly recommend this company.

Really good experience, highly recommended
Really good experience. I ordered three sofas over Christmas 2025 for delivery to the mainland. Everything went very smoothly, lots of good communication by email and also over the phone. Both Keens and their courier Edmondson delivered great customer service and I highly recommend them.

Two very pleasant young men arrived…
Two very pleasant young men arrived with my chair at the specified time. They put down a sheet to save any debris on my hall carpet. They went the extra mile when they removed their shoes while building my chair in the living room. I have not experienced this level of customer care for quite a while. Well Done Keen’s
