I had a great experience with Mike John.

Actually the experience was good due to Hazel Wood..I booked with this Logistics group after extensive research of talking to at least 20 others.I heard all the internet nitemares of transporting vehicles.I Chose KeepMoving..Initially the communication was great until day of pickup..The transporter started with the bs of we have a driver with a new trailer and he'll make sure my vehicle made it promptly and safely in a few days, i replied.. great.Then he said ok and your payment to driver is $999 at delivery..I told him that was 2xs as much as my contract..He said the contract is just an estimate and this is the exact correct price to transport the vehicle..Reminded me of the internet stories/reviews I read earlier.I refused and told them to cancel the order and I would re-elect a carrier.After about 6 calls to them, Hazel engaged and settled things down between us, and afterwards the pickup happened and was handled by a gentleman (driver).Vehicle delivered a few days later and so it all worked out well in the end, as a result of Hazels work and my insistence to honor the contract.I discovered my vehicle was damaged today during transport.They don't have a process to conclude the delivery otherwise I would have discovered the damage upon delivery..Im hoping I can repair the damage myself..

Okay so full disclosure - I'm that person who researches EVERYTHING to death before making decisions. Spent like 2 weeks reading reviews, checking BBB ratings, verifying DOT numbers, the whole nine yards. This company checked every box. When my Subaru Outback needed to go from Colorado to North Carolina, they handled it flawlessly. Driver was experienced (could tell from how he secured everything), communication was spot-on, and delivery was actually a day early. Sometimes overthinking pays off!

They provided great help at a reasonable price, coupled with excellent service to customers. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family as well.

Great experience with this company. Took care an attention of the items being moved as well as the places they were being moved out of and into to prevent any damages all while keeping things clean. Recommended

They fully understood the tight timeline we were working with, delivered right on schedule, and adjusted seamlessly to our travel dates. We’ll definitely be using them again for our next assignment.

The driver actually took the time to thoroughly inspect the car before loading it onto the trailer and even sent me detailed photos from multiple angles. That extra step really meant a lot because I was a bit anxious about buying from a private seller I’d never met. Thankfully, everything checked out and the seller turned out to be legit. But having that peace of mind beforehand was absolutely clutch—it made the whole experience a lot smoother and stress-free. I truly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.

Advised by phone that I could get car shipped for $599, then wanted $999 day of shipping. Classic bait and switch. Look at reviews here and you will see that they do this often. Dishonest company, Avoid

***if you were truly sorry , KEVIN , you would stop trying to deceive people. There are many reviews here and online showing a clear pattern is KeepMoving Logistics deceiving people and not delivering as promised

Elisa Martin was polite and helpful and came through with what I needed. Of course the actual price to ship a car is twice as much as the initial quote. But that doesn't reflect poorly on Elisa or on keep moving, it's the way the whole shipping industry is. And it leaves the brokers with no choice but to give quotes that they know are unrealisticly low. Because if they quoted the actual cost people that don't know any better would sign with the broker that tells them the lowest price, even though in reality you can't possibly expect to have a car shipped cross country for anything less than a thousand at least. Elisa's broker fee of $150 is a very fair rate. And she did her job well. There was confusion about my 3000gt being operational or not, and she was able to go get me a carrier at the last minute. The cost was 1,345$. Which is not cheap but it is a fair price to ship a car without keys from farm country Illinois to Los Angeles California.

we made a contract with them, they took 100$ deposit money, couldn't find driver, and i wanted to change my broker, but they didn't return money, don't work with them, they will attract with low cost, but they can't find you driver

I'll be honest - I was skeptical about shipping my classic truck because I've heard horror stories. But these folks proved me wrong. They explained every step, took tons of photos, and the driver who picked up my 1985 F-150 clearly knew vintage vehicles. He even asked about the manual choke! That attention to detail made all the difference. Truck arrived in Texas looking exactly like it did in Washington.

yall this company is THE REAL DEAL!! shipped my first car from the dealership straight to college and they made everything so easy. parents were happy, i was happy, everyone was happy. car showed up perfect and driver was super nice. highly recommend!! 🚗✨

Not a good business to work with at all. Scam you and always lie and give excuses when it comes to money

They changed the amount 1000 to $600 from customer, $400 from them.
Then still didn't pay $400 to the carrier
Lying, giving excuses and then threatening.

OMG you guys are LIFESAVERS!! College student here and needed my car shipped home for summer break. Parents found you online and wow what a relief! Driver was super understanding about my crazy dorm pickup situation and worked around my finals schedule. Car made it home looking exactly the same. Thank you so much!! 🎓
