Excellent products and customer service
Excellent products. I ordered white sourdough starter and water kefir grains, both took off instantly which was an absolute delight after trying for ages unsuccessfully to get my own starters going. Very quick response when I queried my order.

Sometimes things just do not work
My second time to purchase water kefir grains. 1st time they did not ferment so so threw out and purchased again. I followed instructions line by line. Grains are not fermenting 4 days later. I also bough the freeze dried milk grains, they have reconstituted but no instructions in pack on what to do next, which would have been appreciated maybe for me, it’s just cheaper and easier to buy pre-made drinks.

Sorry to hear the Water Kefir Grains didn't work out for you. I can absolutely assure you the grains are 100% viable. Please email us for support. With regards to the Freeze Dried Kefir, it clearly states the following on the packaging: "To make additional batches of kefir, use 2 tablespoons of the fermented kefir per 250ml of milk and repeat the process above". We also have extensive instructions and FAQ's available on the website.
Great quality products
Anything to do with fermentation for health I get from these guys. Kombucha, Kefir, and Sourdough. It's all great quality and it's all worked very well.
