I’ve been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my culture to arrive I’ve emailed the company twice but the reply was it out of there hands as it’s up to en post to deliver , there is no tel no on there website that I can see to actually speak to someone as I’m not great with online as I’m off an older generation and would like to be assured. I really need this for my health so I’m hoping it will arrive.

The shopping process was easy. Got my order the following week, but the content somehow was leaking a bit, so the cupboard was soaked on one of the corners. The zip bag with the grains was intact though and I already made a few liters of kefir water since then. Happy with the product, easy to make. Thanks!

I have been using these Kefir grains for a couple of weeks and honestly, I never realised it is so effortless to make your own kefir. It’s delicious, way cheaper and I’m delighted with my purchase. You just get into a rhythm with it and it’s almost impossible to get it wrong!

I have received milk kefir grains - first kefir was done in 24 hours after arrival so they started working immediately and all is working perfectly fine. They were nicely packed.
Kefir is very good.
The only reason why I am not giving 5 star is the communication - I have placed two orders over weekend and I have sent an email asking if they could arrive together. I have tried to contact company multiple times but they didn’t responded until a few days later - one of the orders was already shipped. They have also phone number published which is not working.

What went wrong you ask? I paid for kefir grains that didn’t arrive, even paid for delivery, will be reporting you to PayPal

I never received the grains ,as of now still waiting, they said sometimes delays but never arrived, disappointed to say the least.
just to update I received product on 7 Feb, so In fairness they have resolved the issue, thanks very much ,I don't like giving bad reviews so I am satisfied and would recommend this company, well packaged and used it straight away, looking foward to many years of use ,thanks again and I might try the kombucha next .

Good stuff.. no issues.
I received the kefir grains and started the first batch right away. It was ready the very next morning. I thought they were going to require few days to settle, but they were up to the job with no delay.

Fast delivery and both items (kefir grains and Kombucha Scoby arrived in good order and are working out great.
