Gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Wir waren mit fünf Personen eine Woche zum Skifahren und hatten in der Wohnung alles was wir brauchten. Zu erwähnen ist die große Anzahl an Schränken und der lange Balkon mit Sonne nach dem Skifahren. Die Küche war ziemlich umfangreich eingerichtet, dies wurde aber im Vorfeld leider nicht gut kommuniziert.

Es ist schön zu hören, dass ihr alles hattet, was ihr für euren Aufenthalt gebraucht habt – besonders die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und der sonnige Balkon scheinen ja echte Highlights gewesen zu sein.
Es tut uns leid, dass wir die Ausstattung der Küche im Vorfeld nicht besser kommunizieren konnten. Wir arbeiten daran, die Informationen zu unserer Küchenausstattung noch transparenter zu gestalten, damit niemand unnötig eigene Küchenutensilien mitbringen muss.

Fijn en praktisch appartement!
Onlangs verbleven we met vier personen in Haus Aventurin in Fiss, Oostenrijk, en het was fantastisch. Het appartement was knus, gezellig, en goed verwarmd. Alles was keurig schoon opgeleverd, inclusief de koelkast en het servies. Er waren voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed aanwezig. We hadden fijne buren en het appartement was rustig gelegen op de berg. Parkeren was geen probleem, en het uitladen voor de deur was erg handig. Het systeem met het codeslot werkte perfect. Een extra pluspunt was de bijgeleverde map met informatie over eetgelegenheden, de nabije skiliften en andere praktische zaken zoals het weggooien van afval. Kortom, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Haus Aventurin en komen zeker terug als we weer gaan skiën in Fiss!

Het was een mooie rustige locatie en prima appartement; goed uitgeruste keuken en heerlijke douche met vloerverwarming. Zitje mogelijkheid buiten. Voor twee personen prima voor vier zou ik het Te krap vinden. Minpuntje waren de matrassen en de kussens van het bed. Prima geregeld met sleutel.
Loopafstand (steile helling) van de 12-kögel lift.

Scam
I strongly advise against booking with KeyOne. We booked an apartment in Austria near the ski resort, and everything seemed fine during our communication with them days before arrival. However, when we arrived, we couldn’t access the apartment. We contacted KeyOne, and after days of messaging with them, they suddenly claimed they were just a marketing agency and told us to contact the host—who turned out to also be them. They provided no solution and instead told us to contact Airbnb.
Our reservation was canceled right before New Year's, leaving us stranded after already purchasing a 5-day ski pass for Gerlitzen. This was a complete scam and caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. Avoid them at all costs!

We definitely don't recommend keyone
We definitely don't recommend keyone. They're offering unfair deals. We had specially booked for the pool that they offer within their facilities. We only booked a week in advance. When we arrived, we noticed that the pool was out of use. It was very dirty so it had clearly been out of use for a long time. No one found it necessary to inform us of this in advance. We are traveling with a two-month-old baby and could have really used that pool to cool off. If we had known this in advance, we would never have booked this. When we spoke to them about this, we only received an apology and a lousy compensation of 50 euros. We have had to email a lot left over and over again to get this arranged. If you're still unsure, don't do it. We feel deceived.

Very very bad, don't ever book this!
Very very bad, that I booked the Loisach Smarthotel by Keyone already in November 2023 and now today (8 Feb 2024) a week before arrival (!), they cancel my booking, because of an error of overbooking in their system!
The alternative they propose is EUR 420 more expensive and totally NOT in the city center.
Don't ever book here again!!

Toilet in the closet
Booked Loisach Smarthotel in Lermoos Austria via Booking.com.
We arrived in the hotel and thought, well not super modern, but it has kind of charm.
Arriving in the Room, disaster struck.
It took us a few minutes to find out where the toilet was, well,,, it was hidden in the wardrobe.. yes, you read it correctly. It is literally in the wardrobe.
Then, the shower 🤣🤣🤣. It was in the middle of the room, 1m from the bed.
No privacy here if you wanna shower.
- No decorations
- Carpets are old
- NO Waterboiler
- TV places in a useless location. Cannot watch it from the bed
- No Fridge
I contacted Booking.com, they contacted KeyOne to ask if they can do something, but KeyOne answered Booking.com that they never heard such complains.. basically they are telling us that we were lieing, very respectful.
It ruined our holiday mood totally.
I also contacted KeyOne directly. No answer from them.
NEVER EVER book anything from them. You WILL get scammed.
We paid 500 Eu for 3 Nights. And that is in Low Season.
I saw prices of this hotel in High Season. 3 Nights 1000 Eu. Total RIP OFF.
