Great Customer service, they call back when the promise to and locksmith arrives when they say they will. The Locksmith Tony was excellent Professional and Friendly he did a great job and gave excellent advise and tips.

Great Service
A very good service from KeyTek. From the initial contact to getting the work done, it was great. The work was done on time when they said, in a timely manner and to a great standard. We are very happy with the work they did.
Friendly team and locksmith.
We used them twice and both times were fantastic, would recommend.

Lee from the Pontypridd office came to fix my front door and was excellent. He couldn't fix it completely but made the door lockable and secure. He then ordered the parts for a full repair. Great service and friendly / professional.

Second excellent service
I was locked out today again. The transaction was easy, they were friendly and transparent with the fee. Domitru the locksmith came in politely, did the job in about 5 minutes and no unnecessary conversations made. The payment was straight and protected. No issues. I received a company headed- receipt.
