Products all arrives well packaged and in good time. They were all as described and accurately shown on the website. however they were not the quality I had expected; some of the plastic used was quite flimsy and the colouring books were thinner than I was expecting. The value for money was not as good as I had hoped

Speedy refund when the wrong item was sent. Great comms via email. I’ve used this company a few times now and have always been happy with their toys and service.

I contacted this company after receiving faulty and incomplete items, but instead of the issue being properly acknowledged or resolved, I was repeatedly told how popular the product is and how “puzzling” it was that anything could be wrong. Popularity does not change the fact that my order contained unusable items.
The issue remains unresolved, and the responses I received focused more on making excuses than on taking responsibility or providing a solution.
A very disappointing experience.

Your response focuses on discrediting my complaint rather than addressing it. The name used in correspondence is irrelevant.
I did not threaten your business; I exercised my consumer rights after my concerns were not properly acknowledged. This issue was never about the value of the items, but about receiving faulty goods and the dismissive manner in which the complaint was handled.
I also found the staff member’s communication to be rude. This complaint was raised in good faith and should have been dealt with professionally.

Very impressed with the speed that my delivery came. It was a last minute purchase as I’m in charge of party bags and I was able to get a good array of items for what I’ve paid

Last year, my order experience was flawless, but this year was a complete turnaround. I provided delivery instructions, but they weren't communicated to DHL, leading to an unsuccessful first delivery attempt. Even after updating my delivery preferences online, DHL failed again and didn't leave any notification or collection option. After exchanging multiple emails with DHL's customer service, I was redirected to Kids Staff for Less. Despite several communications with them, I only received a refund for the items, not for the shipping. DHL didn’t fulfill the service I paid for, and the company didn't resolve the situation either. I ended up purchasing my items from another retailer, which cost me an additional £10, and the company retained the shipping fee, citing return costs. The experience with both parties was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I plan to share my feedback with DHL as well.

Change your delivery courier. This 2 attempts to deliver then sending back to Kids Stuff For Less is ludicrous. I ordered £8 of bits and bobs, paid £3 odd for delivery. Now after DHL two missed attempts in effect my refund will be £5 ...! JUST RIDICULOUS !!

Ordered some bits for birthday party bags. Whilst browsing for the party bits I ended up adding in some Christmas presents and Christmas crafts too because couldn't resist at those prices! Very happy with what we received and arrived within the expected delivery time. Will definitely use again

Last year when I placed an order everything went smoothly. This year was completely the opposite.
I gave delivery instructions to them which was not passed onto DHL. Because of that the first delivery attempt failed. I updated delivery instructions on the website yet DHL failed to deliver my parcel second time round as well. Card was not left by DHL driver with instructions, I was never offered at any point during the process to collect my parcel either. After several emails with DHL customer service I was simply directed back to Kids Staff for Less but after several emails with them I only got refunded for the goods and not for shipping fee. DHL failed to provide the service I paid for and the company failed to sort this out. I had to order my bits from somewhere else which cost me £10 extra and the shipping fee was retained by the company saying it cost them money to return the parcel back to them. Very frustrating and disappointing service from both parties. (Will leave feedback with DHL as well)

I love this company, I get all my granddaughter's stocking fillers and christmas activities from here. I get her party bag bits for her birthday and even just activities for through the year, loads of choice, so reasonably priced, alot cheaper than the shops x
