One item wasn’t sent and another was wrong. I don’t mind that the box is always haphazard when it arrives but when I alerted the company to the problem they wanted me to send pictures of everything. Wasn’t worth it for £2! I told them not to worry but they didn’t even acknowledge the email or send the items as a goodwill gesture. I’ve ordered from this company multiple times before so it’s left a sour taste.

I just love ordering from you ,I know everything will be good quality and cheap. I use your company for presents, filling shoe boxes for operation christmas child and for lucky dip prizes for fundraising.

There was two small items missing, but I sent an email straight away and told them and had a prompt reply back, the matter was dealt with very quickly and they gave me a refund, I appreciated there quick action, even though it was only small. Thank you.
The only complaint is with the courier driver, if that can be sorted by the company that would be great. Thanks again.

Cheap company yes but whwn toy dont recieve your stuff they dont take liability, iv waited 3 weeks for a refund and right ontop of xmas..

There was alot of stuff missing all I got bk was thanks for your email it was 5 pound worth of stuff and considering I ordered 80 pounds worth of stuff apparently it scanned but what's to stop them leaving it out still I counted everything and I even wrote down what was missing I've used these twice and spent like 80 pound both times I thought they was OK tge first time but after this time and been 0 help I won't be using them again avoid why not just send me out the items am missing instead of ripping people off p.s as your reply I said there was ine lot of items listing not two 5.30 worth and trying to make it look like am lying it's fine I'll just never shop with you again

I was dubious as I’d seen other companies ads on Facebook and they are notoriously unreliable. I tried anyway after seeing the reviews, and all are so positive and oh my am I glad I did!!
