Couldn’t have done better.
Great quality kilt belt and antique clan buckle. Just what I was looking for and came just as described. Delivery was quicker than indicated on the website. Also kept informed about my order from placing it to delivery. The belt and buckle are also good value for the quality.

Dreadful packaging, poor service.
I ordered a sporran for my dads 70 th birthday. I was concerned about presentation and wanted something that looked good so I phoned twice to check about gift wrap, packaging and box. I spoke to both the hire dept and the web dept and was assured that the gift would be boxed and padded before shipment.
Arrived in a loose bag with a thin layer of bubble wrap as it’s only protection and a thin dent at the opening corner.
I’d have been disappointed with this on a UKP115 sporran in any case but I’m really hacked off because I checked (twice!!) and then they just chucked it in a bag anyway.
Never again.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to review, we do appreciate all feedback.
I have had a look at your order and there is no mention or request for gift wrap on it - we do offer it but it is an additional charge as shown on our website. That being said, the sporran should have been better protected for the post. Sporrans are usually sent out in a box and I am afraid I do not know why this one was not. I will be in touch with you directly to see if there is anything we can do to rectify this issue or improve your experience.
