Julie at Alex Scott & Co provided customer service of an exceptionally high standard when I was ordering number of tartan ties for taking to America. It is very rare now that you get this level of customer service but Julie provided it in abundance and ensured that despite delays on my part the order arrived for me to take to America.
I can't recommend highly enough.
