Buongiorno, ho acquistato 1 anno fa un Kindle. Non riuscivo più a caricarlo e presso mediaworld mi hanno detto che me lo avrebbero sostituito. Al ritiro però mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto pagare la differenza di circa 40 euro. Non è per la cifra, ma non è responsabile il cliente se il prodotto in garanzia non può essere riparato, e dovrò anche ricomprare cover. Inoltre il tutto è davvero poco sostenibile.

Abbonata per sbaglio, ma il problema è che pure se volessi leggere qualcosa di interessante dopo essermi abbonata noto che non c’è proprio niente. Libri appunto non interessanti. Quindi ho buttato 9,99.

A great product, I am very happy with all the products I have used. I also like the fact that I can easily add books that are not from Amazon marketplace, since Greek books are not published there and I like to read them.

I purchased a Kindle 2024 in Australia. It will not connect to my Australian library account using the APP Libby. Apparently, you can only connect to US libraries on the Kindle with the app Libby. Wow that is absolutely useless for those who live outside the US. So the only way I can use the Kindle 2024 Ereader in Australia is by buying books from AMAZON. Essentially, you pay Amazon for the Kindle, then you pay them for the privilege of buying books from Amazon. That is the only way to use it. Don't buy one.

The new kindle device offered free 3 months trail of Kindle unlimited but then errored out and customer support agent Tonya said that was intentional and that it was never a real offer!! Just a trick! Nothing like a Christmas Scam.

Seit jetzt ca. 4 Monaten bin ich Besitzer eines Kindles - eine Geschenk meiner Kinder das meine Augen das lesen von Büchern leider nicht mehr möglich machen.

So nach und nach komme ich hinter die Technik und Nutzung des Gerätes. Zum Teile verstehe ich es allerdings noch immer nicht. Zweimal wurden mir bereits Links zur Zusätzlichen Nutzung angezeigt die ich nicht wollte und brauche. Keines der beiden ließ sich wegklicken. Ich musste Neustarten.

Auch tauchen immer wider gepunktete Linien im Buchtext auf Warum???? Keine Ahnung. Bekomme ich sie weg??? Nein. Gibt es dafür Hilfe???? Finde keine.
Das ist einer der Gründe für den Sternabzug.

Ich ich meinen Kindle mal eine Woche nicht genutzt kann ich mein aktuelles Buch nicht mehr starten. Das Gerät muss immer neu gestartet werden.
Das ist ein mehr als deutlicher Sternabzug!

Auch das ich Bücher die ich auf dem Kindle lese bzw. gelesen habe auf Audible günstiger bekomme kann ich leider nicht bestätigen.

Ich lese etwa zwei bis drei Bücher im Monat. Kindle Unlimited lohnt sich für mich derzeit nicht. Bisher ist es günstiger ohne da ich deutlich unter dem Monatsbeitrag bleibe oder es die Bücher in Unlimited nicht gibt.
Ich habe mich darüber . Das Angebot ist wohl stark eingeschränkt, Bestseller sind nur im begrenzten Maße vorhanden. Auch liegt der Fokus auf englsich sprachige Bücher.

Vielleicht probiere ich im neuen Jahr Unlimited mal als Probeabo aus. Aber Audible und Unlimited kann ich mir sowieso nicht leisten. Ich müsste mich entscheiden da es über Kindle nur ein sehr kleines, eingeschränktes Angebot auf die Hörbücher gibt

Mi stavo informando per regalare un kindle vedo che parlano di kindle unlimited entro nella pagina e cerco di capire come funziona, scopro di essermi abbonato... se vi sembra che manca un passaggio tranquilli non manca, e vero e colpa mia ho premuto io iscriviti ora ma non mi aspettavo partisse l'abbonamento e che scalasse i soldi eccetera senza prima chiedere quale carta e cosi via... ha fatto tutto da solo e la cosa mi ha dato fastidio anche perche qualcuno potrebbe cliccarci anche per sbaglio. e il reso non si puo fare nemmeno a 5 minuti dall'acquisto.

I had high expectations for Amazon Kindle devices, but my experience has been quite disappointing. I own two relatively recent models, the Kindle Voyage (2019) and the Kindle Oasis 10th Generation (2020), and both have irreparably broken down.

Kindles are expensive, and based on my experience, they are not durable. Despite taking proper care of the devices, 2 out of the 3 Kindles I purchased have failed. Additionally, I was unable to get a discount on the purchase of a third Kindle, which left me even more dissatisfied.

I am reconsidering whether to remain in the Kindle ecosystem, given the history of device failures and the lack of customer support to resolve these issues fairly.

Leider alles unbekannte Autoren und was ich total doof finde, hat man ein Buch gelesen, dass gefällt, dann soll man die nächsten Folgen KAUFEN.
Ist wie bei Prime... nicht zu empfehlen.

This company is untrustworthy. I ordered a kindle book for my grandson, who was traveling with my son and daughter in law. They wanted to use it on the plane. They could not open the kindle book on his device. Because son and d-i-law were traveling, they told me about the problem three days later. I could not get a refund from kindle, who said the book had been redeemed. I could show them proof that I had given up and bought a hard copy of the same book. WHAT A SCAM. They told me that they would have had to have been called right away, but that was impossible, because it was "opened" and unable to be opened on a plane....Inflexible. Unhelpful, cheats.

Está muy bien por un lado pero por otro no tanto. Me explico: en mi libro de Los RPG de Super Nintendo, cuesta mucho subir un PDF y que no falle en la subida. Luego resulta que no me imprimen las tres primeras páginas y tengo que escribirles dándole explicaciones y me dicen que mi pdf debe ser pdf/x y bueno yo me pregunto, ¿y por qué no me lo decís desde un principio o me hacéis el favor de convertirlo a tal formato? porque eso me perjudica para poder vender, que barato precisamente no me sale venderlo al público. Y otra cosa, el pago es bimensual. Se supone que en noviembre cobro pero a saber cuanto...

Lost all my books because my email was hacked... I know the password and email but still can't access them, what a waste.

I left Amazon and they took and removed every Christian book I had paid for on kindle. What legal right do I have for the so many books I purchased; obviously none. Would not recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a few Kindle its resourceful for having lots of books in one place. The devices seem to stopped working time and time again. I decided instead of buying another I would contact Amazon the trademark and manufacture for Kindles. After being past around to several customer service advisors only to realised none of them had the solution for connecting my Kindle to the Wifi since the device was not recognizing the Wifi and would not remain switched on long enough to connect. Eventually the solution was to give 15% discount on my next purchase of a device. I wondered how is this contributing to preserving the environment. How is this preserving the environment when several of our devices ends up in land fields successfully contributing to Global warming. I am still without a device because I am determine not to waste money to purchase another Kindle.

I travel internationally for extended perids. i thought kindle unlimited was the solution. IT IS NOT.
3 months ago i received a vague email stating, " there was a problem with my payment method". an expensive international call revealed the problem was with amazon. today, yet another, " there was a problem..." email. bezos, too cheap to hire chat reps, has made it impossible to resolve amazon's mistake online. my account shows they still have my same valid, unexpired credit card on my account yet, " there is a problem.". the real problem is with the IT halfwits and cheap bezos. KINDLE UNIMITED IS A MAJOR PAIN IN THE... AVOID IT!

The Reading experience on Kindle Paperwhite is good, BUT some issue buyer should be aware of Amazon ebook is not cheap anymore and only come in Limited Languages, I read many books in Danish as therefore have to but them from Danish provider. Overtime my Kindle is online Amazon though delete all my legal bought books from other provider, my Kindle is a full pay version so it full owned by me. I do not recommend to buy this anymore and will replace mine with a Kobo

Buch gekauft, kann aber nicht runtergeladen werden, Zahlung auf der Kreditkarte erfolgt. Kann zwar rückerstattet werden, ist aber nicht Ziel der Sache. Möchte ja nur ein Buch kaufen und zu lesen beginnen! Und mich nicht mit Stornierungen befassen und nachprüfen, ob Erstattung dann auch erfolgt ist. Weit entfernt von simpel. Wenn ein Download nicht verfügbar ist, schreibt es doch gleich hin, dann ersparen wir uns den ganzen Zinober.

C'est ma 2eme liseuse Kindle et je suis toujours aussi satisfait ! J'avais acheté ma 1ere d'occasion, et elle m'a duré au moins 8 ans.
Cette nouvelle que j'ai achetée neuve sur le site de Amazon est plus petite et plus légère, et j'en suis ravi ! Le seul petit point négatif est qu'il est parfois compliqué de se rappeler comment retourner sur la page d'accueil, et où toucher l'écran pour changer la police ou autre.
