A very prompt delivery, well packaged, and a straight forward installation make this seller a high priority for a product that was sensibly priced and of excellent quality.

They replaced the missing products immediately and I'm very happy with their service and product.

Quick, easy and worth it
Easy to use site to order from. I was able to order and have it delivered next day no issues. Product works amazingly well easy to install there's two ways to secure it to the cupboard. As there's no space for a stand alone bin this was an fab solution. I had a quick delivery service, it was easy to install and the bin has a smooth open and close.

Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kitchenfair.
I made an order for a plinth and panel on April 21st. The plinth arrived broken and i with the courier rejected the order.
I then received no comms from kitchenfair and has to chase online to request a replacement which i was told has been dispatched May 14th to arrive on the 19th at the latest.
I followed up today as our builder as scheduled turned up to finish this job and of course no plinth was here. I followed up again to be told it was to be delivered today and low and behold this has not happened.
Now costing me more money in labour alone to rearrange another date.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you've had. This falls well short of the standards we set for ourselves, and we completely understand your frustration.
The replacement plinth was damaged in transit by the courier DX who unfortunately did not inform us of this until you chased us.
We've since emailed you with two options to put this right as best we can. We've arranged for a further replacement plinth which will be dispatched today and due to reach you on Thursday. We'd really like to get this resolved for you and hope this replacement plinth is delivered ok.

Very disappointing!…
Items were guaranteed next day delivery which should have been a Friday.
Courier used by Kitchenfair admitted driver then couldn’t deliver as he was past his legal driving time.
My joiner was booked in for the Saturday!!!
Items turned up on the Monday and are of very poor quality. They are supposed to be solid oak but back is definitely MDF.
I am really disappointed. Expected far better for the price!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry again for the delay with your delivery. Having your joiner booked for the Saturday and the items not arriving until Monday was clearly very frustrating, and we completely understand.
Our deliveries go out via national couriers like DX and DPD. While next-day delivery is the aim, it can occasionally be affected by traffic, driver availability or illness, and we're sorry that was the case here.
Regarding the racks, we checked with our supplier who informed us the backing panels are made from MDF by design as solid oak there would be prone to bending, so MDF gives a more stable result.
