Thank you for your honest feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the table top came damaged, and that the overall sturdiness of the table did not meet your expectations. We also regret that you felt the focus was only on the mirror while the rest of the furniture was neglected – that is certainly not the quality we strive for.

We are also sorry to hear that while the bedside table looks lovely, some screws would not tighten up properly.

To help you resolve these issues as quickly as possible, could you please provide us with photos showing:

1. The damaged table top

2. The screws that would not tighten properly (if possible)

Once we receive the photos, we will look into the matter immediately and find a proper solution for you – whether that be replacement parts, a partial refund, or another arrangement.

Since you wish to return the item for personal reasons (not due to a defect or shipping error), the return shipping cost would need to be covered by you.

We are unfortunately unable to provide a free return label or cover the cost of return postage for this type of return.

Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will process your refund accordingly.

We are very sorry to hear that the mirror frame was damaged upon opening – this most likely happened during transit, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please rest assured that we will use your feedback to further improve our packaging.

We are glad, however, that the assembly went well after carefully studying the instructions, and that your daughter was very happy with the overall quality and appearance of the mirror. That means a lot to us.

When you first contacted us about the damaged item, we responded immediately and asked if you could kindly provide some photos of the damage so we could assist you further (e.g., by offering a replacement or refund). Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply or photos from you after that.
