Fair prices and speedy delivery

Very quick delivery and the handles are lovely. Better than what I could find in the shop.

Expensive and miss sold about the free next day delivery. No guide as to cut off time for next day delivery either. No tracking information, or dispatch information - having to check/chase customer services.

Could have gone elsewhere for the same item with same delivery which would have been less expensive.

Only a small purchase but impressed nevertheless by company in a number of ways. The purchase, kitchen unit handles, was exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent. Ordered one day, received next day. Overall therefore impressed by quality price and speed of delivery. Also packaged simply and perfectly adequately. Other companies could learn by such professional attitude.

Swift delivery, very well protected and wrapped. The handles are lovely, and are much cheaper than exactly the same product on other websites! Brilliant.

Excellent Product with super delivery ordered on the Thursday came next day.
My only concern was the instructions for installing.
Not easy to follow need a level head with patience could have really helped if an online video was in place.

Everything was delivered on time and all in perfect condition. The hollow Boston bar handles were a replacement for scratched solid ones and were a 10th the price.

Good delivery time

We bought a replacement pull-out Vauth Segel corner. Although the packaging was in a terrible state and the components were rattling inside the assembled corner works very well so far.
Our old corner (2003) was great, but one component failed and we could not find a replacement, had to buy a complete set. Just lucky that all the screw positions remained the same in the new sightly different system except for the door fixing.
One star less for packaging and unclear door fixing instructions.

Genuinely great customer service. Was incredibly helpful when some of the handles were delivered damaged.
