Really disappointed as I have not received my item yet. I ordered from this company as the website said next day delivery, however having ordered it on a Saturday I accepted it may not arrive on a Sunday.
It is now Thursday and still no item.
Yesterday morning I received a text message from the courier DX Express to provide me with a 2 hour window and so I made arrangements at work so I could be home for the delivery. It did not arrive and this morning I have received another text with a 2 hour window. Having read the reviews on trust pilot this courier company is little over 1 star and I think the majority of reviews would have rated zero if they could.
This has affected my overall score, and their choice of using a courier with poor customer satisfaction would prevent me from purchasing again from this company.

Best prices I could find online. Really prompt delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kitchenfair, very pleased with their service.

Ordering 4 wooden kitchen door/draw handles was simple process. Already made one order of 20 handles but decided to get a few spare ones in case any get damaged with use over time.

Excellent quality carcasses and doors, the finished product looks fantastic!! I purchased cabinetry for a full kitchen and utility refit, working with Kitchenfair was a pleasure, I made a mistake with my order and missed some doors which were then expedited to me. Good quality, good price taps, sinks and handles to complete the fit. Thank you Kitchenfair!!!

Ordered my item late afternoon one day, it was delivered the next morning. Super fast, efficient service.

Purchased 3 samples which arrived very promptly with several accurate delivery updates.

My only problem is that I can’t grasp the handle in the lids, otherwise very happy 😊

Very competitive on price and handles arrived earlier than anticipated. I was one handle short and missing the screws I had ordered, but as it turned out the screws weren't need. Contacted Kitchenfair replacement handle arrived next day and refund for the screws. Can't get better than that.

Excellent product with first class delivery

The company was let down by its supplier so we had a long wait for our product. Sadly it was faulty on arrival but Kitchenfair acted very promptly to organise a replacement.

Well packed, delivered on time.

Product good and at a reasonable price. Order progress and delivery notification was not perfect as the advice identified a different company with no mention of kitchenfair and it was not clear on their website that there was a connection so I was unsure if it was genuine.
