Great service and communication
I had a great experience with Kizunaproxy. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, he was always very responsive, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled properly.
He also took photos of everything before shipping, which gave me a lot of confidence that the items were in good condition and that everything was correct. The package arrived safely, everything was packed very well, and it was clear that a lot of care was taken to make sure nothing would get damaged during shipping.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Kizunaproxy. I’d be happy to use the service again in the future.

I highly recommend u/Faycas and Kizuna Proxy for any possible merchandise, exclusives, or general items you would like that are only available in Japan. Kizuna Proxy also offers the ability to go to physical locations, which I was ecstatic about, seeing as many other proxies do not offer such a service! My order arrived quicker than I expected and was packaged with much care, plus, Faycas was incredibly kind throughout the entire order process. I am very appreciative of him and his wife’s help in getting me items that I previously didn’t believe I would be able to get, especially so soon. Prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be using their service again! :D

I had a great experience! They were very clear and precise in what was gonna be the process and what was gonna happen next.
They were very nice and helpful in finding the items I wanted. Because my items were large and unusually sized I also got diligently warned if I want to proceed because shipping will be more expensive.
The package was shipped fast and in great condition! My items were all wrapped and packaged carefully :)

Amazing proxy service!
I had a great experience with Kizuna Proxy overall! The communication and the overall process was good!
They were very helpful and went the extra mile to check the stock of a jersey that I had been trying to hunt for as I genuinely couldn't find the jersey listed on any other proxy sites at all (i.e. Mercari, etc.), so I really appreciated their help with that!
Their prices are very fair as well! The items were packaged securely and arrived safely in Canada!
I can highly recommend Kizuna if you're in need of a Japan proxy! :)

Just had an amazing experience with kizuna proxy/faycas buying and shipping from Japan to the US. They were really committed to my request and were so fast in all the stages. I needed a limited in-store item in Tokyo so I reached out to Kizuna proxy. They went and bought it the next day. Got all my online orders and shipped them after a week. I received my package about a week and a half later. Packing was consolidated and extremely light like exactly how I needed. I couldn’t believe the whole process took three weeks. I absolutely recommend their proxy service.

It was my first time using Kizuna because I wanted this one book cover that the seller only shipped in Japan. So glad I found them and worked with them. The process took 1 month. From ordering to shipping because it was a handmade item. Will definitely plan to use Kizuna proxy again!

Super friendly!
Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and fair service rates! They gave me a time slot to be online for communicating, they were punctual, and they were very helpful in asking Japanese staff whether items were in stock. They even sent me photos and videos of the inside of the store so I could see all the merch! There was a small misunderstanding that led to an unexpected customs charge (UK government is a pain in the ass 😩) but they were very nice about it and offered me a discount the next time I use their service (which I definitely will). All my items came packaged securely and protected with bubblewrap. Would definitely recommend Kizuna if you're looking for something in Japan that can only be obtained by going to a physical store 👍🏻😁
