My experience with them was super quick and easy, I ordered some kimono cookies from Kyoto through them and got them in about a week and a half! I recommend them and would order through them again in the future!

They both were really amazing and very communicative!! They were really honest with me about the shipping process and the options, which made things easier for me to choose! They gave me a rundown about their prices, calculated it, and gave me options about what to do! Overall, it was an amazing and quick experience! Amazing Proxy for items in Japan!
I wanted some items from a limited time pop up inside Shibuya 109. They made the whole process so seamless, smooth and easy! It was my first time using a proxy service and it was great. Pricing was presented up front (and very reasonable!) They picked up the items the very next day and within a couple days they were packaged and shipped over to me! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for items from Japan!

Transparent & Efficient
I wanted a pair of earring that were only sold at the shop's offline store in Tokyo (although I wasn't certain if the product was in stock—just told them what I knew). They were very helpful, assisting with calling to check.
They were very transparent and efficient with their update. My earrings were packed within a container, and a box stuffed with paper so they're very well-protected. The delivery is relatively quick too, about a week from Japan to Malaysia. Will definitely use their services again!
