This company, particularly in the person of Abbie Lee, communicates well with the vendor. Abbie was my go-to person at all times. But in truth, I never had to go to her as she always communicated answers to my questions before I had time to ask them. She went the extra mile at all times, calling me when there was an urgent matter to be resolved. As an overseas vendor, this was very important to me. She was ever polite, efficient, knowledgeable and navigated a complex transaction masterfully. She is a top conveyancer and a credit to KJD Law.

I cannot recommend KJD Law as a simple sale to a cash buyer and no chain took 4 1/2 months to complete.
Was recommended to use them by the Estate Agent, and when I complained to them regarding the length of time it was taking advised that they were all taking 4 months or more.
It took them a month to decide who was going to be the conveyancer before anything was activated.
Both conveyancers were with KJD Law and I would have thought this would have speeded matters up, but not the case.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
