Sold an incorrect part for my plasma cutter
Bought a part for my plasma cutter. Salesperson told me Miller products weren't very good and KMS would be phasing out supplies for them. I told him the model of my unit and he sold me a drag cup that turned out to be incorrect, it would not fit my older Miller plasma handle. Wasted my time and I had to drive back to return the part. Sounds like you don't want me to come to KMS for Miller welding parts and supplies anymore. Fine by me.

The customer service is unmatched
The customer service is unmatched. They are constantly working on upgrading the training for their employees and it shows. There is definitely different levels of experience throughout the staff but you can always find someone who has the expertise that you need. The warranty is better than the big box stores and you get a straight answer when you ask about quality issues.

Very observant service staff, ask me as soon as I walk in to help find what I am looking for. Periodically as I wander in diff. Sections ask if they can help find anything. All know where in store to find something even though it is not in their section. Prices are reasonable compared to other stores selling much the same products. Been coming to KMS in Abbotsford from day one of opening and have ALWAYS had excellent service, attitude, friendliness. Keep it up.
