Superb needles. I have arthritis in my hands and find heavy, slippery metal needles difficult now. The wooden cubics are so easy to use-a real pleasure- and mean I can carry on knitting. Please keep making them.
I read about your company’s ethics in a magazine and was very impressed. Another good reason to use your needles.
Excellent customer service from local supplier Knitting4Fun too.

Really excellent customer service. I took a chance on buying a brand I had never heard of before. Knitting4fun (Knitpro needles), made it so easy to exchange for my usual preferred brand. I am going to teach myself to crochet in 2025, and I cannot wait to use this company again.
Thank you!

Excellent easy to navigate website. Fast and efficient service. Competitive prices, good choice and great quality products.

I love knit pro knitting needles and these didn’t disappoint. Nice to knit with.

Fast supply of my extra long needles required for a chunky vest project.

Beautiful needles to work with- the package arrived safely, well packaged and in a timely fashion- could not fault the service :)

Easy to order, quick delivery. Great cables, amazing to use with the swivel function,,- no more twisted cables.

Excellent service and communication, even to the point that when they realised that we live fairly locally to them, they delivered the item by hand to make sure it wasn’t damaged in transit and wasn’t left outside to get damaged. That is real above-and-beyond customer service. Thank you.

Fast turnround. Items well packaged and arrived quickly. Good communication regarding items. Happy to do business again.

Very diligent service, responded to queries out of hours about an accidental double purchase, quickly resolved

I've received the knitting needles and they are wonderful. Thank you very much for your excellent product and service.

Arrived in good, time well packaged. I love these Oasis interchangeable crochet hooks.

First time to use this company - good choice of the hooks I wanted and delivery very quick

Clear communication, fast backordering, and high quality products

When I emailed to ask if my order had been posted, they told me what the situation was and gave me an idea of when my order was going to be posted.
