Love knitpro knitting needs they let your work glade on the needles

There isn't much detail to go into with the purchase of one pair of knitting needles but they did arrive quickly and in good condition.

Finding the KnitPro needles and the new metal cords was super easy on the website. The ordering process was simple and the delivery was fast and efficient. I highly recommend purchasing all your knitting needles with this company.

Good selection of needles, I managed to get my all time favourite cubics in both dpn and interchangeable. Well priced and fast delivery . Many thanks!

Came very quickly and it’s a lovely needle case of good quality. It’s a shame that the Cambridge shops don’t have them. Love it Jane

Really great product at good price. Very quick delivery and great communication. Will use this company again.

Placed my order Thursday afternoon. It qualified for free postage and arrived Friday morning. Can't get any better than that. The products are all for sale at a fair price and the exemplary customer service. My go to online shop for Knitpro and it's always good to see them in person at yarn shows.

Quick service. Received all of my order bar one pair of needles out of stock but didn't have to wait long for them to be delivered separately. Excellent needles!

Very prompt on getting my order out.
I found the website a little clunky. But love the products

Knit Pro Zing dpns are great. They do the job well, hold stitches well and yet release the stitches when they are knitted. Awesome.

Timely delivery. Items as expected.

Hand delivered the next morning. What more can I say? Excellent service A*

Had exactly what I was looking for, dispatched and delivered quickly.

Ordered Knitpro Zing interchangable needles. They arrived quicker than expected and well packaged. Price was the lowest I could find anywhere, so extra brownie points.

There was a little hitch - website recognised my email as being registered to an account already (which it was), but it didn't recognise my password. Infact, my email didn't even accept mail from Knitpro. After a lot of tooing and froing, and with additional help from my ISP, we resolved the issue (which was at my end, not Knitpro's). During the process, despite my frustrations, Knitpro were patient and calm throughout. So in addition to great price and great delivery, I must add - great customer service.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company, and I would have no hesitation in doing so again.

Excellent product, good price and very fast delivery
