Sahra was super helpful in getting me sorted exchanging my order for items that fit and extending the return window due to an extenuating circumstance. It was quite a relief! The first links sent weren't correct, but she quickly confirmed the correct details and got me links to make exchanges or get store credit that were super helpful. I wasn't expecting rapid service on the weekend, but it was very nice to get sorted so quickly.

I placed my first Knix order today and…
I placed my first Knix order today and did it before I received the welcome discount code. I emailed the company just to see if I could still have the discount applied as I had just placed the order minutes earlier. I ended up exchanging emails with Sahra who was welcoming, kind and took great care in making me feel like a valued customer. She was able to help me out with my situation but even if she couldn’t, I still would’ve have appreciated the timely response, kind tone and efforts to care for their customers.

I would like to thank Alex B. for all her help with my exchange. Unfortunately the wrong size was ordered and I had problems using the automated system to complete my exchange. Alex came to the rescue and made sure I re-ordered the right size. I think Knix’s return policy is great! Instead of taking the undergarments back they tell you to pass them on to someone else that can use them. I gave them to my best friend that is fighting terminal cancer. She was really appreciative of the gift. Thank you Knix!!
