Amazing supper staff
Sahra was amazing, she replied to my inquiry in a timely manner. Answered all my questions and was able to sort of my problem.
I have been a user of Knix underwear for 6 months.
I absolutely love them, I now have 20 pairs. As these are my everyday underwear. I was disappointed before purchasing 12 more pairs that I was out.
Thank you for making my experience easy to deal with and providing a solution. 100/10 would recommend using Knix.

Sahra listened to my concern and found a solution, and also heard my concern with originally dealing with a virtual assistant where I was disappointed, and made the human interaction worth it. Companies, use real customer service people!!!

I should have trusted Knix!
I should have trusted Knix on their sizing - it was spot on, but I had doubts. So I ordered another size up after trying on my original size. It came in one day, which tbh was astonishing - but the second one wasn't as right as the first, so I needed to make a return. The whole thing took no time at all, and Sahra was incredibly helpful and swift in her replies.

I purchased a bathing suit from Knix that went on sale 10 days later. I reached out and Sahra responded back within minutes and immediately refunded me the difference, no questions asked!
