My experience was a 10/10! I emailed the customer service team and they were back to within the hour that I sent the email to have my shipping address updated on my newest order. So delightful and helpful!

Great customer service
I ordered a pair of Thigh Savers and they were taking ages to arrive. Everything else I had ordered came so quickly, I figured I should just be patient. When I got the email asking me to rate the thigh savers, there was a note to reply to the email if I hadn’t received them yet. I did. Within a day I received a reply from Allissa at customer service. Her replies were so fast and she sorted out the issue so quickly! It’s been less than a week since I replied to that email and my Thigh Savers arrived today. I’m so happy I replied to that email.
My experience with Knix - both the customer support and the products have been awesome! It’s only been a few months but I’m very happy with my period underwear purchases!

Once again I was reminded of how decent the Knix organization is. After some communication with the bot, I was a frustrated customer and was eventually connected with Alex B at customer service. Alex was able to assist me and sorted the issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner. The organization’s willingness to work with customers show that they really do strive for customer satisfaction.

A+ Customer Service
I purchased from Knix for the first time and even though I measured myself, the bras unfortunately didn’t fit me. They were last call sale so I went into the store to see if there was anyway they could do an exchange they unfortunately couldn’t which makes sense since it’s in their policy. However I spoke with a customer service agent online named Sahra who went above and beyond for me and was able to help me out. It’s customer service like this that gets repeat customers and encourages consumers to share Knix with their friends. Thanks again!!

Knix is a brand I know I can trust
Knix is a brand I know I can trust. Their products are well made and make me feel good, but the best thing about them is their 11/10 customer service that has not wavered in years. I've had countless great experiences with every person I've interacted with (shout out to Alex B most recently!) and they've always gone above and beyond to help make you feel heard and supported. In an age where many companies are driven only by the bottom line, Knix stands by their product, puts their customers first and has set themselves up with a lifetime buyer as long as they'll have me - they should be very proud!

From lost to loved
I had to deal with a lost packet and the team at Knox were so helpful. We finally located it out neighbours but they were quick to save me what I’d ordered in case it was lost. So much patience and kindness! Plus great products:)

I ordered something on-sale and did not realize I could only return for exchange/store credit - customer service was prompt in responding to me, and offered a one time exception and refunded me the item. I am so pleased with this customer service, it makes shopping with Knix that much more pleasant.

I will begin by stating this was my first time trying the Knix product and their delivery process. My Customer service representative was Allissa who was a joy to work with. I needed to seek Allissa assistance because for some reason the order picked up my last address for delivery rather than my current address. I immediately reached out to Knix and Allissa was all over getting my address changed prior to the delivery being shipped. She was extremely pleasant to work with and managed to go above and beyond to make the necessary change.
I am also happy to say that my product arrived just this morning prior to me writing this review so I also want to comment on the product itself. I ordered 2 bras and I have to say they are exceptional. They are comfortable with no wires digging into your skin yet provide amazing support and no fat rollover (this makes me very happy).
I now know that all of my bras in the future will be Knix bras.
I will make one point of constructive feedback. It would be nice to have some of the other styles also came in plain white and plain black for those of us who may not be drawn yo a printed bra. All in all my experience was exceptional and I will only use Knix moving forward !!!!! Well done Knix Team !!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with Knix. I love all of the products! Any problems I’ve ever encountered with an online order (because prior to the storefronts there was no definitive way to try items on for sizing)has been dealt with quickly. Exceptional customer service
I inadvertently ordered the wrong size on an order, and when I received it, realized it was the wrong size. In the mean time, I had already placed a second order (of the wrong size). I reached out to Knix support and received a response from Allissa in a very short period of time. She was able to cancel my second order and submit a refund to me. She also sent me to where I could exchange the order I received for a different size. No doubt I will be reordering the second order once I confirm the size when I receive my exchange. GREAT customer service from Allissa and Knix!
