Great Customer Service
I had purchased a swimsuit and the following week it went on sale. I emailed asking to be refunded the difference and right away an email came back saying no problem we have processed the refund. Great customer service ! Thanks Alex for the great service. One of the reasons this a great company to spend your money with

WOW! I just had to tell everyone about the amazing experience I just had with Knox customer service! I purchased 3 bras less than three weeks ago…they are fabulous, by the way! No complaints about the quality of the product! The amazing part came about when I received an email from Knix notifying me about the start of their summer sale. The bras I purchased were on sale for $19 less EACH. I fired off an email asking if they did price adjustments. Exactly 13 minutes later (yes, I did figure it out to the minute), I had a credit on my charge card for the difference, along with a very polite and cheery email from Alex W. As if that weren’t enough, Alex sent me a code for 10% off my next purchase. Absolutely above and beyond!

I am a first time customer to Knix
I am a first time customer to Knix. After hand washing my bra after the first wearing, a small rip occurred when I tried to put the pad back in the bra. I reached out to Knix and Sahra was able to resolve the issue within a day (it was the weekend). I was very pleased that Knix stands behind their products and I was promptly sent a replacement. Thanks to Sahra for being so helpful. Her efforts changed my opinion hugely for the better.

I’ve spent a lot of money on Knix…
I’ve spent a lot of money on Knix panties & a bra. The bra is still in good shape but the panties have fallen apart and I do let the panties air dry and did not put them in the dryer. Before the bad experience I purchased approximately 6 additional panties, & do air dry them, and 2 of them have fallen apart and had to throw them out. My name is Bern Tyrrell and have stated that because Knix can see my past purchases. It’s very discouraging to see how flimsy these panties have become. I don’t recommend buying this product. Wear pads with ordinary panties! Works better!!!

Knix is a great product. I personally use it for bladder leakage. It has changed my lifestyle. No worries anymore. Along the way, I ended up with two accounts accumulating points on both. Spoke with Catherine today and she condensed my points and eliminated the old account. Great customer support. 💞

Not just great products!
Knix has great products, for sure. But they also have great customer service which is getting harder and harder to find. I goofed up my order on a Sunday morning and it was resolved by email within 30 minutes of me contacting the customer care team for help. Allissa was fast to respond, friendly in her communication and helpful in fixing my problem. 10/10!!! Thank you Allissa!

Great and responsive customer service. I bought a swim suit that theoretically fit but then became big and baggy once I began to swim and it became a hindrance in the water. They were able to process an exchange for me!
