Excellent customer service. I made an error on shipping address. It was too late to correct. Sent an email for help. Alex B came up with a solution. All good now. I'm very happy with how it was handled, and so quickly too.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever. Placed my order during the free Knix hat promotion. The hat was unfortunately over sold and Knix was not able to include it in my order. As a gesture of awesome customer service Knix issued me a store credit equal to the value of the hat!!! Amazing! It was free! Plus they provided a 15% discount to be used on my next order!

Not just for periods!
Allissa really helped me sort out a return that went sideways! Sent me the exchange no problem! These undies and products aren’t just for periods. My daughter, from having four spinal cord surgeries as an infant, is incontinent. She loves these undies - they make her feel like all the other girls! And they helped her get out of diapers, which isn’t fair for any 10 year old to have to wear. Now we wear them together :) These products are life changing in so many ways. Thank you Knix and KT.

I was splurging on some new period panties and accidentally sent them to my old address as I have just moved across the states and Knix quickly replied and got everything shipped correctly right away! Only reason for 4 stars is pricing. I wish feminine care was more affordable!!!

I was very upset that a pair of underwear i got was falling apart abs they were still new. The lady that helped me from customer service was great to deal with. Was fast on getting back to me and answering all my questions. She got me a new pair of underwear and was very apologetic. All in all, great service, new people, fast resolution.

Totally satisfied
I had an issue come up with a product I had purchased from Knix. Although the product was older, I wanted to ensure it wasn’t a know defect before replacing said product.
Alex B. was so helpful! She asked a couple of questions, validated that it was a defect and not something I was doing wrong. She offered a quick and easy solution, which was above what I was expecting and has left me a very happy customer.
Afterwards, Alex even asked some follow up questions to provide to the product team so they can look further into bettering their product.
Love Knix, Alex B. is a rockstar and I will definitely be buying more product since they aren’t afraid to stand behind it.

Great brand - I am a long time customer. They have fast and effective customer support even if there are any issues. Catherine was very helpful with processing a free gift that somehow didn't make it in my cart. Returns are also really easy if necessary.

ALWAYS making things right for customers
The customer service of this brand alone makes me want to buy more products. Your products speak for themselves, they feel and look incredible. I dealt with Allissa - she was kind, friendly, informative and met all my concerns. She handled the matter perfectly. Above and beyond.
The glue on a new bra I purchased was starting to come loose causing the bra to come apart. She resolved the problem immediately, leaving me with no concerns or needs. She was so informative about future care to get the best out of my bras. I received a replacement within days.
