Excellent customer service - very satisfied!
The customer service Knixperts are amazing - especially Catherine who helped me recover my recent order when I discovered I had inadvertently entered an incorrect shipping address. Not only did Catherine respond immediately to my original request for assistance but to all following communication as well. She was professional and efficient throughout. She proposed a number of reasonable solutions and I am happy to report I received my order today (only 2 days after the original anticipated delivery date!) to my utmost satisfaction! Thank you Catherine and Knix! I will be back to buy more amazing products in the future!

Wonderful Customer Care Team
The customer care team (specifically Robert and Shamita) was wonderful to correspond with. I made an error and tried to fix it, but I wasn’t fast enough. They responded quickly to my emails and helped set my mind at ease. They walked me through the steps needed to get everything back on track. The emails were always courteous and helpful, and Shamita went above and beyond in assisting me.

I had such an amazing experience with Knix Customer Support, especially with Liyya, who went above and beyond to help me.
As a first-time Knix customer, I was a little nervous because the bras I originally ordered didn't fit as expected.
I reached out through the online support system, and I was honestly amazed by how quickly my concerns were addressed. Every response was prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.
Liyya made what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly easy. She carefully listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and resolved my issue much faster than I ever expected. Thanks to her quick assistance, I was even able to reorder my correct size while the sale was still going on!
What impressed me most was how personal the service felt. Even though everything was handled entirely through email, I never felt like I was just another customer. I felt heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.
Now that I've received the correct sizes, I can honestly say I understand why so many people recommend Knix. So far, I absolutely love the quality and fit of both the bras and the underwear. The fabric is incredibly soft and buttery—it almost feels like you're not wearing anything at all! They're comfortable, supportive, and exactly what I was hoping for.

Great customer service after issue with item
My new Knix bathing suit top arrived in the mail with some deodorant marks on it, but I emailed customer service and they assured me they’d either refund or replace if the marks didn’t wash off. Thankfully they washed off and all was good, and Alex B. gave me a 10% refund anyway for the trouble! Great customer service from Knix and Alex B. thank you!

I love Knix's products, their committment to fit and the quality of their products! The customer service is fast and friendly, always very accommodating and willing to problem solve. Sahra recently helped me sort out a system error with one of my orders (I was offered a free hat with my order, but the promotion did not apply and I ended up being charged for the hat), and she was lovely to speak with and incredibly helpful. She responded to my inquiry quickly and refunded the cost of the hat. It was a stress-free experience! My order shipped and arrived quickly, and they are reasonable about returns and exchanges, so I feel confident trying new products (knowing that I can return/exchange them). I have made many orders with Knix, and the experience has always been good.

I'm a trans girl...
I'm a trans girl and this site doesn't have much information about my concerns.
I spoke to Catherine (not sure if she was a US or CAN agent), and she was able to answer all my questions and provide recommendations for a good starter bra that has the least amount of hardware and would provide the best minimization for me, being in my early transition period and not wanting my breast development to be obvious at this time.
She recommended the catalyst or the pullover bras to provide discrete minimization.

Sizing Disappointment of KT Super No-Show Boyshort
I purchased another three pack of my go to period underwear that I have purchased three other times in the past two years (KT Super No-Show boyshort a in large) and was disappointed when I opened the box to find them visually much smaller in size. I have seven other pairs that I compared them to and the new ones were inches smaller on the waist & thigh. I reached out to Knix info about the sizing discrepancy and they immediately responded with options on to proceed. I ended up completing an exchange and sizing up this time, with no extra charge. Sofia, knixpert, was understanding and very helpful!

Fantastic customer service and products
Knix has fantastic customer service and great exchange and returns. Alex W. is a great "knixpert", answered all my questions in good time and helped me get what both me and my daughter needed. The products are great quality, look great and work really well. I have bought re-usuable pads, boxers, cotton briefs and no show and we love them all!

made a purchase last week shipped to my house. made a purchase this week, and it defaulted to an old address. I immediately hopped on the chat bubble and got the address corrected before my order was shipped. I then updated my profile and removed any old addresses. Top Notch Customer Service Experience
I placed an order late at night and afterwards I quickly realized that the wrong shipping address auto populated.
