So I was looking to purchase tires so I go the koalafi website and I was offered the option to get preapproved. However I thought before I did that I would see what tire store was near me. So the closest was a discount tire. Went to the DT website no mention of koalafi I called them and nope they don't accept it. I next found BIG O tires on the koalafi website , went to bigO website not listed and I drove there as it was pretty close to me and nope did not accept it.....so what exactly am I being pre qualified for if they are listing participating shops that do not actually accept them. I called koalafi and apparently I need an account to get any answer to anything. I am rating 3 stars because maybe I am missing something in the process

It was great to be able to get the loan on the spot to be able to fix my old car. What isn't great is the $95 payment that comes out of every check instead of one payment a month. Being able to pick what your payment amount is, and how long you have to pay it off would be a better solution for people on a tight budget.

It was easy to apply. I was approved instantly. The tire company that I went to already had everything in place.And so it was a seamless transaction. I was able to get the tires.ISO desperately needed that day, put on and I make a month of payment.I truly appreciate this company.

It was very easy to sign up and start the process. Also when I had a question I called the number, they answered quickly, gave me the answer to my question and were so polite about it. And I haven’t had any problems since they’ve started taking payments. It’s just so easy like 1,2,3!
