Sorry that you had this experience. We have subsequently spoken about this. You had requested for mixed chocolate decoration(and not fruit decoration as you might have intended) on the online order and that is what we gave. However upon collection you wanted some fruit decoration on top and we tried to add that, however because it was only a 6" cake and there was a message on top you might have felt it it looked cramped. We only did what you had ordered and tried to add the fruit as requested by you at the time of collection.

Fantastic looking and tasting
I went to Kool Cakes on a recommendation from a friend for my 0 birthday and ended up ordering a cake online at very short notice and was very very impressed with the service, quality and customer service. The cake looked fantatic and tasted fantastic. Will definitely use then again and recommend them to all my mates.

sometimes stale sponge
Cake is sometimes not fresh and tastes dried up and stale but icing is great. They need to make the sponge fresh for each cake daily

Disappointed
We have brought these cakes many of times and never normally have a problem with them however this time the cake did not taste fresh at all!
There was hardly any fruit in the middle like requested and the sponge was very dry and even tasted stale.
Very disappointing as this was for my mum's 50th birthday!
Can't lie it's put me off ordering again!

The cake size was so small for a 8 inch cake.
We bought another 8 inch cake from a differrent cake shop and the cake was way bigger than the one I bought from Kool cakes

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. You had actually ordered online a 6" cake and not an 8" cake for which you should have received a confirmation by email, hence it will be smaller than an 8" cake.
