This was my first official saber purchase from korbanth. I bought the Obi3 saber with Goth 3D chassis that launched in late July. Randy's communication throughout the whole transaction was excellent. When the saber arrived, there was a small issue with the chassis where it was freezing randomly. Randy told me I could send it back for diagnosis and apparently there was a software issue, but they fixed it right up. I would say that they're customer service is top notch and I would deffinately purchase from them again.

This was delivered very fast. I'm in Australia and had the saber in six days. The hilt is amazing (Fallen Master). It's long and heavy and feels incredible to swing, while the lighter Korbanth blades made the saber feel cinematic in the hand. It looks so sweet, I got the unweathered version and it's gorgeous. It had a bunch of cool sound fonts, is easy and fun to play with, and the volume is terrific. It will look super cool on the shelf. I have more than thirty lightsabers and this one is one of my favourites. If you have the cash, you should get this lightsaber.

The saber arrived faster than expected. The website said it would take 1-2 weeks for the saber and add an additional 2-3 weeks for the weathering effect so I thought it wouldn't arrive for 3-5 weeks minimum. It arrived in 2 weeks exactly, weathering and all. It looks and feels great. Very solid construction. Even the box it came in looks good. My only "complaint" is that the instructional video they ask you to refer to on Youtube could have mentioned how to properly charge the lightsaber, so for that I'd take off half a star.

I want to give an honest review of my experience with Korbanth.
When I first received my saber, I did run into some problems that were frustrating, especially considering the investment involved. There were issues with the saber that required attention, and initially I was concerned about whether everything would be resolved properly.
What ultimately made the difference was the way the situation was handled and resolved. Korbanth addressed the problems, worked through the issues, and made sure I was satisfied with the final outcome. After the resolution, I feel much more confident in the product and the support behind it.
I think it is important to be honest when a product has issues out of the box, but I also believe companies deserve credit when they stand behind their products and make things right.
My experience started with some disappointment, but it ended with me being satisfied with the resolution. That goes a long way with me, and I appreciate Korbanth making sure the situation was taken care of.

Top tier service best in the lightsaber community. Ordered two lightsabers one had issues and they worked with me every step of the way to try and fix and eventually replace the affected lightsaber without any hassle. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I knew by first looking at it, that it was going to be made of quality, so I ordered 2 of them. Being made of stainless steel, It is very heavy and feels substantial. It’s so impressive that I have just ordered a 3rd one, just to have them in my collection in case they ever sell out. They arrived within a week which is simply just amazing. If anyone is on the fence, don't hesitate to add this one to your collection. If you miss out on this one, you will definitely regret it.

The quality of every single hilt Korbanth makes is really hard to find anywhere, at leaat at that price! I've seen hilts far more expensive not being as good. And they are really a pleasure to deal with, too!

Korbanth, as ever, is responsive and helpful. I bought the 'empty' version of the Darth Plagueis saber-staff, and they were kind enough to point me towards someone who can install an electronics core for it.

The staff itself looks and feels good, though I can see some points of improvement are possible for a Version 2. Hopefully Korbanth will be able to produce such a new version in the future.

I love it. I love it. I love it. I wish the board lit up, and the tip doesn't light up. But the hilt is awesome.
