Awesome support staff! Amazing quality product! Got it, didn’t know how to use it at first, contacted customer service, they gave me a sheet on how to use each control right away…. This is an EPIC LIGHT SABER!!! My favorite purchase in a long time! Love the Saber and their support staff.

Ordered the Vader MPP 3.0 replica. Box was water damaged when it arrived. D-ring that was advertised as being able to be used to carry it was too weak, it broke off, loosened and scuffed the whole hilt when it hit the floor. Sent back for a repair, hilt I got back was still scuffed around the D-ring holder and now had some of the grip peeling off out of the still water-damaged box. Sent back and got a full refund minus the $60 I had to spend for shipping for the initial repair, but now have missed the May the 4th sale for every saber shop out there, so I can't even get a replacement. As someone who is disabled and some of these characters have literally saved my life, disappointed is an understatement. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because at the very least Randy was extremely kind and understanding throughout the whole process and I understand I may have gotten a run of bad luck with the hilt, but regardless, worst first saber experience ever.

When I saw the Youngling Slayer back in stock, I knew I had to target it immediately!
Ordering all the way from Japan, I was blown away by how fast they handled everything, from the custom install to the final shipping.
There was a minor disturbance in the Force when some of my optional parts were missing from the package, but as soon as I contacted the support team, they sorted it out at lightspeed.
They’ve already shipped them out, and I can't wait to have them in my hands!
On top of that, their email response regarding how to operate the Proffie features was absolutely stellar.
For my very first custom saber, going with Korbanth was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Purchased the Starkiller saber fully fitted out. Received the saber and it was perfect. It was shipped with great care and instructions were in the box. Definetly will be buying at least 2 or 3 more from Korbanth. Thanks Randy!!

Recently placed my first order with Korbanth and am happy with my decision.

I ordered the Darth Revan, Darth Malak, and Bastilla Shan uninstalled hilts.(huge KOTOR fan) Received them within a week, love the hilts and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking into getting quality replica lightsabers.

I ordered 2 Sabers from Korbanth. Not only did they send the wrong saber, the second one didn’t work properly. After waiting a long time we finally got the right one with missing grip. Randy was extremely rude, no apologies and blamed everyone else, he even charged us to send wrong product back, He took no responsibility for selling a poor product twice. I Agree with all the comments, Randy is rude, charges high prices and they do feel and look refurbished product rather than new…..

The hilts are very well made. Heavy and sturdy which is great, however, my Luke exile seems to have some strange quirks and issues with the electronics. It still works but sometimes the sound cuts out for a second and every so often, it will freeze entirely and I have to pull out the chassis and turn it off and back on again. Other than that, the audio is excellent and it looks great.

my questions were answered in a timely manner, shipping was super fast, bout all I can ask for when buying stuff like this.
