Wheel alignment! Very upset to be fobbed off at the Knaresborough kwickfit plus. The mechanic that was doing the job master! Told me that the ride height was out and so couldn’t carry out the process. I had travelled an hour! After getting my tape measure out and measuring for myself it was clear every wheel was perfect from centre to top of arch. I showed him and like a robot he just repeated “RIDE HIGHT IS OUT” so I left to no avail. Time wasting useless man

Got a mobile tyre fitting and the guy that came to do it had been given the wrong size tyre.
Came back at a really suitable time the next day and did it absolutely no hassle and fabulous service! So pleased and a credit to the mobile fitting service

Call for to book a M.O.T. They had availability for the same day. Left the car and went to town. Came back and car was ready. No problems at all

Another fantastic service today by the team at the Newcastle-under-lyme Branch. Popped in with a slow flat, and they fitted me in, quickly identified the problem and repaired the tyre. Always a busy place. Thank you and keep up the good work, I will return again!

Had a new tyre fit at another garage as needed one straight away after two weeks tyre indicator light came on took it to the garage incase issue with new tyre.The looked at it straight away checked all four tyres and pressure found it was warning had not been reset so did it .No charge brilliant

Ordered a space saver wheel and order accepted. Pick up at the local store arranged. Then they email to say it wont fit my car despite the specification/advert saying it did.

To cap it all, they now send me reminders to pick up the spare wheel they cancelled!!!

Kwic fit Epsom branch , 3 times now I’ve gone to Epsom Kwicfit in a emergency situation (puncture no spare) and been turned away as they say they have to much pre-booked work. Supposed to be a drive in fast fit service , waste of time never again .

I took my van you Halifax Kwik fit for new tyres. When I went to pick it up all the back door. Bumper. Plastics was smashed in. The manager said I brought it out and totally denied crashing my camper that I’ve just had fully re sprayed. Until I told him I’d got the full thing on my cameras he then got his junior member of staff to come out and said sorry yes he did do it 😡 they are now contesting the amount of damage he caused. If the manager can stand there and call a customer a liar and then contest the damage caused after they have openly admitted it I wouldn’t trust this company ever again

I booked four tyres to be fitted at home, waited in all day. Finally got a call to say the technician hadn't picked up the tyres from the supplier as he didn’t have space in his van? They offerd to reschedule four days later. What sort of nonsense is that, just a waste of time. I will never use kwick fit again

What can I say - superb service in the Bridgend branch - rescued me from the petrol station next door with a flat battery - started the car for me and then replaced the battery in super fast time and at a really good price!!!

Excellent service and fantastic staff - thanks again for all your help!!!! Will definately be using again in the future!!!!

Kwickfit St Leonards is just the best place. Sam, Adam and their team really go the extra mile to offer great service. We actually followed Sam from his previous branch to this one. It is so hard to get great assistance and help with cars these days but to be honest I have never had a bad visit with them, They service and MOT my cars they warn me well in advance about things that are going to fail allowing me to budget and schedule when to get things done. I have recommended them to all my local friends who share the views in this review. Before I knew them consistency was next to impossible to find with the local dealers and there was so much BS floating around you did not know who to trust.

UPDATE: They just saved my bacon again while away my wife’s Mini JCW reported rear brakes needed replacing. Local (dealer away from home confirmed this). I thought I’d take a chance got it back to Kwickfit St Leonard’s and it was a broken sensor cable £45. Brakes probably have over 5-10k left on them.

Absolute legends. Managed to rescue my battered old Golf from the jaws of death and get it roadworthy again for £150 when another garage had quoted nearly 10 times that amount! Thanks for all your help Kwick Fit Bath :-)

Had to get my brakes sorted quickly and the service was fantastic, quick and friendly. Marek served me, gave me a good price and talked me though everything they did, super friendly helpful guy, great, speedy service all round.

Amazing service in Weston Super Mare.

I popped in to my local branch off Kwick Fit in Weston super mare today to have a tyre swapped from one wheel to another on a Smart car. I was in and back out again in a few minutes. The staff there are all very friendly, helpful and professional. I have used the same branch a couple of months earlier to have a puncture fixed. I’ve had great service each time at this branch, thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Order 4 tyres online to have mobile fitting, 5 days before they were due to be fitted. I was emailed at 19.20 the evening before fitting to say they weren’t in stock. This guy rebooked them in for the Saturday with a timed slot.
Wednesday received a call from a Warrington telephone number, from a very incompetent young woman who informed me that 2 tyres were being delivered on Friday and 2 on Saturday, I asked if they’d be from the same batch, she didn’t know. She also stated that they couldn’t be fitted yet again on the Saturday and it would have to be Monday. She also told me the mobile guy was on holiday (why was the web page not updated with this) and she couldn’t gave me any time slot on the Monday, so I would have to wait in all day.
I then cancelled them and went to another company Blackcircles that fitted them within 2 days.
What a way to run a business!!

I had a slow puncture on M4 last Friday afternoon in a hire car from Enterprise....managed to make it to the Kwickfit in Chippenham before closing and impressed by how the guys checked the car and fitted a new replacement tyre and sorted out details via Enterprise before closing! Thank you. Andy

Great service at Windsor! I had a nail in my tyre and I took my car into the Windsor branch and explained that I need to get back to work . Liam was very welcoming, happy and able to assist. Lovely clean waiting area, all staff very polite saying hello as they came in and out of the waiting room. I was in there for no longer than 15mins. I will be using them in the future. Again Thank you Liam and your team for you quick and effective services.
