Ocean BMW messed up but Kwick fit sorted it. Been to main BMW dealer for over 30 years , can’t quite believe I am saying this but will use kwickfit for next service . They can access main BMW service history so no problem there and warranty on new cars not affected.

Had a car serviced at another site. Phone kwik fit west road and they were excellent.

They got the car on the ramp straight away even though they were very busy. I couldn’t ask for more.

Normally writing a complaint is second nature these days but I wanted take the time to write the opposite. At kwikfit on easthampstead road Bracknell a gentleman called Kieran blew me away with his customer service approach, so much so I was simply shocked by his help and kindness in helping me a disabled customer with my motoring problems. I hope this review gets back to his management team as a real plus that some of the kwikfit family really do an excellent job. Thankyou

Needed a new Battery for my Ford Fiesta and had a look on the Kwick Fit website and there was one for £115.00 so I rang them up to ask about the Battery and the chap said they had one and the price was £128.00 I said thats not the price on your website he said that was only the price if you ordered and paid for it on the site.
So no thank you conning Kwick Fit I went to Formula One Chelmsford and got one for £93.00

Booked in for a (very reasonable), full service and MoT for £175.00 at the West Norwood branch, 8.30am.
I left the service book and locking wheel nut on the passenger seat.
Several hours later, I received a call to say the car will pass MoT but Windscreen wipers, tyres x4 and front break pad and disc were close to needing to be replaced. Would I like them to do the work.....£745.00.
I politely refused their offer.
Once I'd recovered from the shock, I called them back and asked for a breakdown to be mailed to me (out of curiosity). This included;
MoT + Full service (already paid for) £175.00
Break Pad (special????) £90.00
Brake Disc £70.00
Break fluid £39.95
Tyres ( 4x £66.00) £264.00
Tyre fitting (4x £16.49) £65.96
GeoAlign (???) £64.95
----------
£839.86
This includes a discount re: invoice £99.00

They had also included (since removed) a tyre insurance 4x £8.49 = £33.96 (never discussed or asked for).
Quite a charge for a 7yr old Kia Picanto which passed its MoT without the offered works.
Just to complete the experience, when we collected the car, they hadn't stamped the service book AND the locking nut was missing. They questioned it was there in the first place (I questioned how they knew of the need to replace break disc and pad without wheel removal - maybe they can) then two of them searched the car/boot/clove compartment (obviously we hadn't).
After I described the size and colour of the box containing the nut they disappeared into the service area and found it. Their reply was, "I thought you were talking about another car"
They certainly know how to make up for their low initial charge. All of the 'remedial' actions were charged at the top end of the scale.
Please request and study a quote breakdown or you'll pay the price.

The Coventry branch on the foleshill road. It’s amazing. Shane. Dan. Master mechanic Tony. All of them are amazing guys. No job is too big or too small. Must have been 50 or more times in the last year. They love my car 😂😂 it’s the red Audi. It is an old car. Never had so many problems (never the same problem 😂😂) must have been 15 times with my tyres. with my car till I started going to there I think my car likes going Kwick fit . Cause I won’t take her anywhere else. The guys are amazing. Answer all my questions. And I know nothing about cars. But they explain it all anyway. Give recommendations. Love it. Keep up the great job guys. Hopefully I won’t be seeing you soon 😂😂😂

Visited the bulwell branch in Nottingham today .... im a driving instructor and needed a bulb changing before a test and they had the car in like a flash.... they then said the tyres could do with being changed ... my car is on a fleet contract so they have to be 2mm before being charged and ive been nipping in every 4 weeks to get them checked .... well today happened to be the day they needed doing but I said ive got to pick a student up in half an hour can you replace 2 tyres in 15 mins ... he grabbed his pal and they both cracked on and got it done .... couldn't ask for better customer service.... Great team always go above and beyond

I had a tyre leaking air because of a slight dent in the alloy due potholes. The service at Lancaster was excellent.

Booked an appointment Wednesday evening for them to fit a tyre Saturday between 8-530, received no phone called so I rang them to be told the app has been reschedule for the Monday, supposedly at work tomorrow as well cheers.

Today I had the pleasure to have 2 tyres fitted to my van by the crew at the Dereham road branch in Norwich. Amazing professionalism and the best service I have received for a long time. A big thank you to the person who fitted my tyres, checked the tracking (only 19 years old) you are superb and to the tremendous helpful branch manager.

Sat In all day appointment was 8.30-5.30 Got a call at 4pm to say that there was traffic problems and so couldn’t come and had to rebook Tuesday next week! Not good enough!

YOU CAN GET BETTER THAN A QUICKFIT FITTER. I called my local kwickfit in Tottenham to purchase 2 front tyres for my vehicle. I was quoted £135 per tyre, I stated that this seemed excessive at which time he quickly said he would give me a 10% discount. I got two brand new tyres around the corner fitted, balanced and ready to go for £110. May I suggest to all don't be taken in by their high money TV ads shop around and 100% you will save money, Disgraceful company

Purchased 4 tyres from Kwikfit Yeovil on 8th April. Car handed back with black gunge from the tyre change machine on the alloyS face, had to get them to clean it off. Got back home a found a deep gouge on the near side front alloy. An expensive repair to do now. Thanks for your poor fitting and lack of integrity to own up. I won’t be using Kwikfit again and I would not advise anyone to use them.

MOT and full service at the Otley branch today. Friendly and professional staff. Good level of personal space with the current Coronavirus crisis. Hats off to them and thank you for the service
