Fabulous product and service from Maison Chic! I bought a beautiful bedroom chair in a French style. Although the product was out of stock when I ordered it I was asked if I wanted to wait until the new stock arrived, which I did. The communication from Maison Chic was superb and I was completely delighted with my gorgeous chair when it arrived. The company are very responsive to deal with and the courier they use sent great tracking information which was given to me at every step of the way as to when my chair would arrive. The bed was faulty,mold smell,even ruined my luxury mattress,my mattress has mold stains and stinks of mold.Slats made unprofessional,some pieces -are up,so when you sit or move on it,makes unpleasant sounds.I contacted company,to collect the bed,but they said,I signed delivery paper,so it,seemed like it was my fault,I couldn't identify faults on delivery date.Long,long e-mails, stressful time,they agreed to collect the bed,for 60£ and then,nobody came,and then they wanted to charge me 120& instead of 60£,even used a Klarna bank name,as they adviced them to do that.I contacted Klarna bank,they said-it is absolutely not truth.Avoid this company if you want good products,and piece of mind.
