Great Design, great delivery

It is a great bag and really like it. It is sturdy and well-made with loads of practical compartments. I would recommend it to anyone that lives in Europe.

If you live in Canada, be aware of hidden carrier fees and tariffs. The only problem that I had was that it was shipped with UPS or another carrier from Europe and transited through Philadelphia USA before being sent to Canada. Because it transited through the USA, I had to pay an extra 47$ in fees. Only 8$ of the 47$ were for Canadian Customs and Excise. The rest were fees and tariffs.

I had done my homework and asked questions as to where this item would be shipped from and if it was sent directly to Canada and not going through the USA. Be careful before ordering.

Be aware of those "hidden" fees.”

I’ve had my eye on this jacket for a while and when I saw they were discontinuing their jackets I knew this was my last chance. It’s such a shame bc this is an amazing jacket both from a design perspective (I’ve gotten so many complements on in!) but also technically it’s so thoughtful. You won’t regret buying this.

I bought the Labo mono sling bag as a gift for my husband. I loved it so much I almost kept it for myself. But eventually I did the right thing and gave it to him. I did keep the tiny little orange note pad - I could not resist. Well designed, high quality and very stylish. It exceeded expectations and would highly recommend.

Something is seriously amiss with this company. One of the poorest shopping experiences I have ever had due to their deranged and unhelpful “customer services” rep Nolwenn; whose peculiar behaviour caused me to return my item, on principle, unopened. The company has refused to either acknowledge or deal with my formal complaint. And nearly a week after tracking shows delivery of the return, I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. A seemingly good product let down by unbelievably poor customer service. Avoid.

I was "stalking" my Labomono bag for months and I'm so glad I bought it! Style and Unique! Highly recommend it!

Labomono have a good range of modular bags that are well thought out, and nicely designed (very functional, and customisable from parts). They also offer repairs for longevity, and have gone the extra mile to check the working conditions in factories where their products are manufactured. The staff are helpful, and have a good exchange policy.

Since I bought my medium size Sling Bag I have it with me everyday. It fits with all different outfits. You would be very surprised to see how many things can fit into this bag.
I use it for: Everyday, Camping, Cycling, Hiking, Traveling

The small modular cross-body bag is extremely well designed - so well designed that it is now the only bag that I use on a day-to-day basis for all occasions! It is amazing how much you can fit in. I ordered the water bottle and the flat strap to add even more functionality. The quality of the bag material is excellent, rugged but very good looking.

I ordered the medium sling bag and phone strap adapter and was super happy with the quality of both items! I use them daily and for travelling and would highly recommend. The team are super helpful and friendly too as there was an issue with my order on their system which they very promptly contacted me over and sorted, delivery was speedy too!

I love the LaboMono bag! It’s super trendy, compact but with plenty of space inside, ideal for winter. Very practical to use every day, it keeps everything organized without being bulky. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves this kind of bag!

I bought the smaller sling bag, with customised rope and carabiner. The size is good and it’s been comfortable to wear on a holiday. However, I was disappointed to find that the bag is not in the slightest bit waterproof. After a light shower the entire contents of my bag is ruined. This is surprising given the price.
